This liquid form of multiple nutrients and vitamins is an excellent source of iron and other deficient vitamins a person may have lacking in their body. There is a pleasant taste, and there’s no constipation associated with this. I highly recommend. I have not tried the tablets, but it doesn’t matter because I like the taste of this syrup. It has a fruity, berry taste to it.

I prefer the liquid but my daughter like the tablets, Best iron I have ever used. another reviewer listed titanium dioxide as an ingredient. The label says silicon dioxide . silicon dust should not be inhaled but silicon dioxide occurs naturally in plants and has not been proven harmful.

I cannot tolerate iron that is not plant based. This is the only product I have found that is vegan.
