I can honestly say that I don’t want that slice of cake now
I was a little apprehensive the first time I took one of these little tablets—nervous about the flavor and about how it would affect my ability to enjoy regular foods. The initial taste is mildly minty and a little sweet. After a few seconds it starts tasting something akin to bitter tea leaves. The first thing I tried was Cool Whip. I know that it comprises sugar and hydrogenated oils. Let’s just say that I now know what hydrogenation taste like. Next were brownies, which tasted like cocoa and oil. Cake tasted like regular bread. Juice tasted like sparkling water, sans the carbonation. Watermelon with akin to cucumber.Milk still tastes great though. And I find a piece of cheddar cheese masks the slight aftertaste of the pill. I was so relieved to discover that regular, unsweetened foods taste completely normal. I can still eat tacos, eggs, vegetable stirfry, etc. like normal, but I have absolutely no urge to pinch off a little piece of brownie, lick the cake batter whisk, or grab myself a handful of M&Ms. I don’t want it because I know it won’t give me any happiness, which works wonderfully for dieting. These also work invariably on artificial and alternate sweeteners, like sucrose or Monk fruit. The pills last about an hour — about half an hour in I can start to taste a little bit of the sweetness of some food, but not enough to be able to enjoy a piece of chocolate. Afterward, my taste buds go back to normal, 100%.I like to keep some in my pantry so I can take one when I am bored-munchy, and I keep some more in my car, which I take before I come home after a night shift to fend off my late-night cravings. I also had fun with them by giving some to family members and then laughing together as they all tried sampling their customarily-favorite foods.TL;DR blocks sugar taste and nothing else, lasts an hour, slight bitter aftertaste, great to fight sugar cravings, also good recreationally? Bonus: really good value.

This is a complete joke
This doesnt work. I was so excited.to get this package I dashed out in the 27 degrees to my mailbox to retrieve it. I ripped it open and made a dash to the cabinet to find a sugary treat to test this with, the winner was a cerry tootsie pop from my kids valentine candy.I read the instructions, put a tablet in your mouth and rub the tablet all over your mouth, the roof the tongue, the whole thing. It tastes like an herbal mint flavor, ok at first but at the tail end of it, tasted like you were sucking a mint tea bag.The 60 seconds were up and I out the remainder of disintegrating tablet on the counter. I put the tootsie pop in my mouth. Moved it around, let the sugary goodness start to disburse onto my tastebuds. And to my suprise, IT TASTED LIKE A DAMN CHERRY TOOTSIE POP. if anything, this pill on intensified the sweetness so it tasted like it was covered in a sweet sour patch sugar!!!!I put the rest of the remaining tablet in my mouth, maybe I missed a spot, maybe I needed to finish it. I rubbed that disgusting flavored tablet all over my mouth like a dental assistant doing a routine deep cleaning.I tried the pop again, STILL A DELICIOUS SUGARY TREAT.I think the inky thing this has done is leave a lingering nasty taste in my mouth that's putting me off from eating all together. Overpowering herbal mint garbage, making me thankful I have no plans for human interaction today, my breath probably smells like a dish of rabbit food.Save your money, or spend more in the not off brand sugar suppressant. Because this was the most deceiving disappointment I've ever had. I mean more disappointing that being catfished in a tinderdate.

5 stars, BUT no going to be the answer for everyone, but absolutely does what it says! Vapers watch out!
I’ll start with my experience, and then I’ll say why I don’t think this will work for everyone. But I really think this will help many people. People who are full from dinner, and want to avoid eating sweets afterwards are going to do well... with a little will power. No matter what, you will need to really want this to work, and work with this product to get the results your hoping for. Hope that makes sense. The ”minty” flavor of this tablet wouldn’t be bad (kinda reminds me of a minty toothpick... wood flavor and all, lol) but the mint goes away as the product starts to go to work on muting those sweet tastebuds, leaving you with a pretty bad taste. It’s actually prettty awful. Lol. But after 60 seconds, I spit it out, and popped a few plain M&Ms, and Holy Cow! It worked! By time I was done chewing the M&Ms, the nasty flavor was gone from what the product left behind. The thing I thought was the craziest was I could taste the salt, (which I never tasted before in an M&M) but not the sweet taste of chocolate. If you’ve ever tasted bakers chocolate, I would say it similar to that. NOT GOOD.Then I tried a sip of my Vitamin Water (the kiwi strawberry one), and I could taste the flavor of the strawberry and kiwi, but again, no sweetness AT ALL!Then I tried my vape juice, and OMG, yuck! Don’t bother. LolI think this will work for a lot of people. I am very hopeful it will work for me on some level. I fear my sugar levels, and have a hard time controlling my sugar intake. It’s always been a vise of mine. I would think that you would have to really give this product a solid 2 weeks before fully judging it negatively. Get used to what it’s like to not taste sweet flavor, and YOU MUST find some foods and drinks that taste good when you use this product. It would be very easy to switch from one bad to another, and end up loving potato chips instead of cookies. Not a good trade off. So try to find a way to avoid that. I haven’t yet, but it’s my 1st day.Why I think it won’t work for everyone:1) The taste of the product is pretty bad. It doesn’t last long at all, but some people might not be able to get past that.2) Things that are good for you may not taste good, such as an apple, or any sweet fruit. Remember, all sweetness is muted, so nothing gets through.2.5) Because of what I mention above, some people who are actually hungry won’t have an option, and they may be discouraged to using this product because it limits you. Which I guess is the point, but you do still need to eat. You would have to eat something savory, and drink water, or maybe a lemon in water for flavor.3) Trial & Error might be discouraging... think about it, if you like barbecue chicken, you may not be able to enjoy it. Barbecue Sauce usually has a lot of honey or sugar, which would be gone. You’d be left with spices and vinegar in sauce form. Lol.All in all, amazing product. I hope I can have at least some success with it.I will update if I can, and wish you luck!
