While mostly my husbands toy it works beautifully. Obviously this one is not a ‘let’s remodel the whole house, but for day to day drill necessities it’s the perfect tool.

This drill performed way above my expectations. I have been working on a project that requires pre drilling 5/32 pilot holes holes through concrete block to accept 3/16” tapcon screws. I drilled most of my holes using a Makita LXT 18 volt cordless hammer drill but ended up stripping 3rd gear and then 2nd. Part of that was also drilling 150 holes though a concrete floor to secure 2 x 4 treated bottom plates. Anyway, I bought this drill to finish drilling through standard CMU (concrete blocks) and it actually hammer drilled through the block faster than the Makita. I guess the Makita was on its way out with the gears starting to strip but when I fired up this drill, it hammered right through the block with ease It’s also lightweight and comes with two 20v lithium batteries. It comes with an inexpensive plug in charger that takes a little longer to juice up, but I never ran out of power before the second included battery was charged up so I could keep working without waiting. I like the battery power indicator lights along with the lower positioned work spot light too. I had not expected features like this on such a “budget” drill. There was also a bag of drill bits and a bit holder with a variety of bits included. I don’t need to drill though concrete block everyday so this drill is perfect for me. It probably would not stand up to everyday use for as long as other “professional grade” drills but for the price, I am very pleased with this drills performance. One other thing is that with most name brand cordless drills I use, there is a feature where you can really torque down on the chuck to secure drills bits. This drill does not have that ability. Not a big deal as it holds drill bits just fine but I thought it was worth mentioning. All in all, this drill is really a great value and great for DIY weekend project warriors!

Used it on the "hammer" setting with mason bits to go through a concrete wall and it handle the job with NO issues!

I used this hammer drill to set hangers in a cinderblock wall in my barn. Worked very well. Battery lasts a long time and since I got 2 with the set. No lost time to waiting for a charged battery. Good value. Reliable and versatile tool.

***UPDATE*** I originally purchased this set a few months back, returning it as it did not come with the two batteries it was advertised with. Last night, needing a replacement battery for my KIMO impact drill, I decided to order this set again and hope for the best. I received the new package, completely sealed, looks brand new, but this time with NO BATTERIES AT ALL (second picture). It has a charger, and all accessories, but no batteries. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I get that you get what you pay for, but this is completely misleading and false advertisement. Reading other reviews, I realized I'm not the only one this has happened to. Im returning this and going with a different brand. Stay far away from this garbage. Horrible quality control. **Original review below** Only comes with one battery. Clearly advertised as 2 batteries. Only reason I purchased this set was because I own other Kimo drills where the batteries didn't last long, so I figured with two, it would be worth it for the price. Definitely not worth it if or only comes with one battery.

Decent drill for the price. Not as powerful as higher end drills but good for simple around the house projects
