The media could not be loaded. The pictures contains mat but there is no mat in the package. Very bad product. Very bad. Dont buy. If you dont send me my mat which is in the picture I will compain you to amazon head office.

Band snapped on first use..
Disappointed that on first use the band snapped so I may well return the whole lot..

Basic at best
Honestly you are paying for a small football sized ball, a cheap foam block and a stretch belt. No yoga mat, no basic poses, nothing in fact I would recommend for a beginner. Very disappointed and feel completely mislead by the pictures AVOID, I would send it back if I could.
