Robbins and Cotran Pathologic Basis of Disease (Two Vol Set), 10e, South Asia Edition

The content of the book has been speaking for itself for ages. I'll quickly point out salient features of this product.1. The product is original.Both the volumes carry holograms.Seller: CLOUDTAIL. They've always been a personal favorite and keep living upto the expectations. The packaging was grade 1 and you can't expect better. Try to buy from them even if costs 50-100 ₹ extra (which it won't).2. The paper quality is market leading. Smooth, laminated(probably), and still absolutely non glossy. I have included anothe pictures from an angular perspective with the vertical and you can see it still doesn't reflect much light. (The light source is 30° from vertical on the other side).3. The best thing I liked about the book.Keeping in mind the south asian consumption of this product they've included specific information and data and diseases which are extra important for this subcontinent.There is a separate section at the end of the book for that and all the articles there have been written by experienced faculty of AIIMS,New Delhi. So you can easily rely on that information for Uni exams and PG.There is a section of Transfusion medicine in the end.To conclude:If you're having second thoughts about this. Just don't. HarshMohan and even Robbins Basic (middle Robbins) are good too but they will notwithstand the quality of this text, both materially and conceptually.Just go for it. When you will have it in hands, you'll find it much easier to cover despite the 1.5x size compared to others.Same price. Much more value.For those who've read it till the end, You may add Ramdas Nayak for your exam preparation (of you must) and Netter's/Wheater's Atlas of histopathology and you'll sail.Thanks to Amazon, Cloudtail and Elsevier.

Best book for pathology if you have time and discipline. For those who want to DEEPEN THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF PATHOLOGY.dont buy if you just wanna pass the test!!!

Cover quality is sooo poor.... feels like it's been used for ages
