I bought this Marsno Digital kitchen scale to finally replace our old analog scale. When we were looking for a scale, we were looking for a simple design, with no frills, yet still a good-looking design to leave on the counter. I must say, this scale hit all of our requirements!This scale is pretty compact, and the solid black color makes it so that it doesn’t stick out on the counter. When it’s off, the only things you see on the top are the two buttons and the brand name. Not a big issue, but the name is a bit bigger than the two buttons combined, and could be a bit smaller, but definitely not a dealbreaker.When you turn it on, the display is bright enough to be seen in full light, but not too bright to be annoying. The numbers are easy to read, and the unit button makes it easy to change the units between grams, ml, oz, and lb/oz, so you can set the scale to whatever unit you need for the recipe. The on/off and tare button is easy to use as well, and the auto-off feature makes it nice if you’re measuring messy things, so you don’t have to try to hit the button with dirty fingers.The tempered glass makes it easy to clean, and helps the top of the scale look sleek, with no actual buttons, just tap on the square for the button you need.All in all, this Marsno scale is, for all intents and purposes, a scale. But it does its job well, and looks pretty good doing it!

2 Decimal places for more precision. (3.52 vs 3.5). Faster reading. Accurate weight. No manual buttons; Touch Screen. Easy to Read. Slim /Compact (no crevices = easy to clean). Tried Etekcity and Frigidaire but they were both inaccurate / kept changing measurement by itself. Bought for my dog to keep her weight stable. The others actually made her fat. A no frills, no nonsense, basic kitchen scale. The black glass weighing surface is why I eventually picked this one over others. Glass is easier to wipe down and keep clean after use. The scale uses a pair of AAA batteries that came in the box. The scale weighs in grams, lb;oz, oz, and ml. Perfect scale for a kitchen chemist (baker) who weighs out dry ingredients, or a food prepper who has precise portion control. There is also a tare function, which allows you to *zero* the scale so you can take the weight of a container out of your measurement.After having this scale in our kitchen gadgets lineup for a couple of weeks, my wife and I both give it a thumbs up. Performs it's job without hiccups and cleans up with a quick wipe down.

My wife is a food enthusiast who loves trying out new recipes. As with recipe books or online recipe blogs, they mostly call for adding ingredients of specific weight. She had been looking for a food scale that serves her purpose and this one was great. It reached in quick time ( within 3 days). Packing was simple and good. Manual is there to make you understand everything. 2 AAA battery also comes with the package.We opened it and as a new kid does, started weighing almost every single item around household  we later realized, it cannot weigh 5-6 gram items(as you can see in one of the pics attached, it did not weigh cardamom). I asked the seller and he apologized for it. He said it cannot weigh up to 5 grams and they are working on this. That’s fine, we can do tare weight ( with some utensils and then subtract the weight of that). That’s why 4 stars. Otherwise, it’s good, working right on spot. ( Scale needs to put on a hard surface, it cannot weigh on the carpet on any soft thing, it will give a false reading)

FULL DISCLOSURE: I got this for free in exchange for a test and review of this product.I've had this food scale for a few weeks now, and it's great! It's sleek and lightweight, and seems to weigh accurately. Once you turn it on, it turns off automatically in 2 minutes, so the "On/Off" button is really just an "On" button. Not a big deal for me however. I have used this not only for food, but also weighing small packages so I can print out postage from home, and it works like a charm. I also like how it can measure in different units... very convenient.

Marsno's digital scale almost seems like something Apple would design and distribute. Gracefully elegant in appearance, frightfully accurate down to the gram, and with a simplicity that makes it look stunning on top of marble or stone countertops in any kitchen. We've been using it for measuring spices, plant cuttings and other flowering yields, and its simple, mirror surface makes it easy to clean, fast to measure, and large enough enough to accurately weigh larger portions and slightly more cumbersome items. It's a perfect size for most kitchen counters, and seems built substantively enough to last for a log time. Definitely a good purchase product!

This scale makes life so much EASIER. It seems like all video recipes are in metric. So I did my research and it paid off. When it arrived I was excited to get started. This is my first one so I was nervous going in. Upon opening it I was delighted it had batteries in the package. So I started my video recipe and felt like a true chef. It is easy to go between the different measuring systems. SUPER easy to clean. The top doesn't have any groves to collect food. it is sleek and easy to store. You won't regret this purchase.
