Q: Are these untreated? (No cleaning chemical on them?)

They do not appear to be treated. I took them out of the packaging so I cannot refer to the packaging to see if they are treated. But they do not leave a residue when I wipe my guitar with them. They are very fine grained and work well. You cannot misplace them because of thier bright color.

These Guitar cloths are microfiber made of polyester. They are pretty soft and feeling good.

Q: Can I use it to clean brass tin whistle?

They don't damage any of my acoustic guitars or the paint finish on any of my electric ones either. I don't think your brass tin whistle would have any problems.
