Review: Very accurate product and great customer service - I am very happy with this product. It is a very nice device for the price. and I'm very pleased with the instrument readings. It was easy to install and has been very accurate in its readings. I would buy this again. I recently had a problem with the unit after a battery change. I checked all the trouble shooting suggestions, nothing worked. I contacted Pronus explaining what was wrong. After some trouble shooting tips, the unit still was not responding accurately. Customer service sent me a new unit and now everything is back to normal and happy riding. . I definitely recommend doing business these people you will receive great customer service in them standing behind their product.
Review: Defective speedometer / don't buy this one - It started out working fine once set up. Now, it only works intermittently. I've changed batteries. Reset it and started over. It works for a few miles, then stops recording wheel revolutions, and shuts down. I'm one day over the return window, so I guess I'm stuck with it. Recommendation: Its a cumbersome unit to work with to begin with, and once it starts acting up, becomes an annoyance. Not buying it again, or should anyone else.
