I do so love Lamy pens. I've never had a leak so my bag linings remain clean. I've bought a few. I bought this to replace an identical pen that came to a sticky end.I foster dogs before they are rehomed but one, a beautiful russet Labradoodle, decided my pen looked somewhat appealing. Safe to say, after a few hours searching, I found my pen under the oven. It's lid had remained on but the entire length of the pen was nicely decorated with teeth marks. My bag, which had been pulled from the back of the kitchen side, was spared in favour of my Lamy.The only casualties, besides my beautiful pen, were a packet of travel tissues and my Burt's Bees lip balm. The lip balm was watermelon flavoured and completely safe as natural ingredients are favoured by Burt. The tube gave up its contents but was totally destroyed as a consequence. The tissues were ripped up and provided a snowy looking addition to her bed. She was extremely pleased with herself. No sign of remorse. Infact, once I had recovered my pen from its hiding place, she acted as if I had saved her favourite toy. An absolute minx.There is also a vast array of nibs available and cartridges in many colours. I always buy purple ones and the flow is constantly smooth.For me, these pens make writing a joy. Even my Waterman cannot truly compete.

I love these and have several on my desk. I am a great believer that the colour of the pen should match the colour of the ink, and that's hard to do with fountain pens. I use Waterman ink and a Lamy converter. Super reliable and NEVER leaks or gets messy.

My daughter was getting into writing so we purchased this pen tp encourage her. She loved it.

I already have two Lamy Safari fountain pens in Clear and Aquamarine. Violet is another addition to my Lamy collection. I love this colour violet and it is more chic than Aquamarine. Other than a personal colour preference over another all of the Lamy Safari pens are good functional pens with affordable price tag.

One of our favourite teas and the delivery all that it should be. So, all good.

Well balanced and smooth non makes this an amazing fountain pen.

I ordered two of these, and I can't really complain about the quality at £12.50 each when I bought the both of them. What I can say is that one of the fountain pens is significantly scratchier than the other which does let it down.
