Bought to connect portable CD player to 2022 model Ford.

I've had mine for less than 7 months, and it's already completely stopped working. For the first few months it worked great, the sound quality was amazing. Then a few months ago , the music would just stop playing randomly, which made me believe it was the music app on my phone malfunctioning. Last week while playing music in my car, I kept hearing this faint but high pitched sound every time I played music, until I realized that the position of the cord was the problem and after moving it around a bit the high pitch noise would finally stop. Fast forward to today, the noise wouldn't stop, the music kept randomly stopping, the music would alternate from being clear to being muffled, and then the cord just stopped working at all. I would say that for the price, it was worth it while it lasted, but I'm disappointed I didn't even get a year of use out of it. I was generous with giving it 4 stars because the price is low enough that I will just purchase another and try to be more careful with it.

I bought this cord June 2022... although it works well on my car for my s10+, it has sudden started getting extremely hot almost immediately on the port that plugs into the phone. I literally grabbed it to unplug and dropped everything it was so hot.

Use in my car to connect phone to radio, sound quality is great but there are some intermittent drops in connection where I have to unplug from phone and reconnect. This issue is very infrequent though.

I needed to output music from my phone to my pontoon boat radio that is not bluetooth. I almost bought a bluetooth reciever to plug in the headphone jack on my boat when my wife offered up an adapter. Low and behold this adapter does the trick! Now I can use my S21+ to listen with vintage headphones and other devices. With the end of a headphone jack on cell phones these days this adapter is a must buy. A set of female to female headphone adapters is also a good idea so you can mate up the male end of the adapter to the male end of a set of headphones. I bought a set of 3 of those for about 5 bucks.
