Received item wrong twice.

This product did the job, but I had to use it twice to get the results I wanted-one 10 min session after another. I did get my moneys worth, because each kit can be used approximately 5 times. The bleach only irritated my skin a little, and that is because I didn't follow the instructions the first time. DO NOT RUB OFF CREAM WITH A TOWEL because it will cause redness and irritation. Instead, rinse off in a downward motion with cold water. When I did that, the bleach didn't bother me at all.
