Poor quality control.
The content on the dvd is outstanding. The problem is that the dvd is poor quality. I have bought this THREE times and they all freeze throughout (in different places). I even tried them at friends' houses on their dvd players with the same results. It varies from being a major nuisance to making the dvds totally unusable.If the dvds weren't such poor quality, I would love to give it 5 stars for the content. Master Kwok does a great job, but the dvd quality does not do him justice.
