Installed on 2005 Toyota Tundra
Great product. All necessary hardware in the kit. U-bolts are a bright silver finish. Leaves are slathered in black paint, unfortunately it comes off a bit when you have to unbolt them during installation. The uncoated bolts are not desirable, they'll certainly rust over time. I replaced them with SS hardware: (4) 5/16"-18 X 3-1/4" and 5/16"-18 nuts. Also available from Amazon Small Parts. IF you remove the factory overload leaf, this leaf kit added about 1" of lift to my 10yr old Tundra, but that'll vary depending on the condition of your current leaf pack. Installation requires two jacks, one for the axle and one to lift the spring pack while you insert the new leaves. Finally, as indicated in the part description, it's true, the ride quality has improved. The bed doesn't jounce as much as before.

Works great
Installed on a 2022 Trd off-road with the Trd lift kit installed (1/2" spacer and shock upgrade). Gave me 1 3/4 inch lift and the resulting front down rake gave me back 1 mpg. I could delete the spacer block and be level. It also works with my air bags and Daystar cradles but I really only use them for levelling my RTT, no longer need them to support load. Ride quality on and off road is excellent.

Gret ride quality improvement
These seem to be a quality kit, reasonably priced and fairly easy to install if you have the right tools. There are a couple of good videos on the tube you should watch first. I have a 2020 Taco with a fiberglass shell and I ended up with 1.75" lift. This was .25" more then I'd hope but I'm OK with it. If you have a non loaded truck you might see more than that as some other reviewers have mentioned. I think some people have left the OEM bottom leaf in, I did not per the instructions. The biggest benefit to me is the improvement in ride quality and the handling of washboard dirt roads, WOW.

Substantial suspension upgrade. Disappointing fitment issue.
Installed these on my 2007 Tacoma V6 to replace the existing 2" tapered blocks. I left the overload in and added a 3* axle shim, generously applied heavy duty grease to the pads and contacting surfaces. Ride is fantastic, I have alot better travel with much better weight support for my rig. I rarely hit my bumpstops at the usual street dips and the rear end is much more planted now. BEWARE: The front spring brackets have be to be cut off since they interfere with the stock brackets. This was the only hiccup I encountered but it did add a good chunk of time to the install. Retaining the oem bracket allows you to bolt down the brake line as well. I would have preferred to do less work and have a more modular and smooth install especially from a manufacturer such as Icon. I strongly feel the price point is hard to justify over other progressive leaf packs due to the work involved vs a simple swap. I'm lucky I had all the tools to tackle this job in a short time. You will need an an angle grinder and a good chisel persuaded by a BFH. Was going to rate 3* but I received the item two days before the estimated arrival date which is highly unusual but appreciated.

Not quite 1.5" on newer Tacoma V6 4x4 DCSB
Installed on 2021 Tacoma with 20k miles. Used 2nd gen Bilsteins in the front on the top notch and needed to add a 1" block in the rear in addition to these to make it look level. Total lift 2.5" front and 2.25" rear after adding 1" block. No extra weight front or rear. Ride is a little stiffer than stock and after adding 285 tires, a little harsher, but not bad for a lifted truck.

Makes my Taco look like it is ready for action!
A challenge to install but you can do it even with minimal tools. Make sure you have strong clamps for the job though. Adds ride height and stiffens the rear, which just like in women, is never a bad thing!

First gen tundra
Easy install. Height seems accurate. Hope they dont sag much, might put overload back in just for a spacer. This might be a pro tip: fluid filmed in between the leaves (leafs?) While the stack was apart. Stover nuts provided with kit do not fit first gen tundra axle saddles, and if you do use them clean up the flats where they squeeze the nuts at the factory. Otherwise they stick in your socket pretty bad. Used my factory U-bolts. The ones in the kit are pretty long.

Check your UBolts and nuts before installing.
My UBolts came with flawed or incorrect treaded Nuts. Couldnโt Finnish install for several days till I was able to get replacements. Truck was on Jack stands on my driveway for three days because it was a holiday long weekend..
