This is very comfortable to wear and is good for holding back shoulders but the vibration pack is so irritating. Reach out to put the kettle on it vibrates, anything sets it off. It doesn't just vibrate it makes the most annoying noise. I managed 20 minutes with it. Looking after a toddler means it goes off almost constantly. It would be fine for simply walking around . I will be returning it and buying one without the vibration.

Overpriced item, did not work much on me. I still use it for couple of hours a day as the booster really annoys me, even little bending with right posture sets it up. Still working out how to adjust it properly. Instruction is not really good, just informative and doesn’t explain your good posture position.

i bought this for my son his back is very poor - not in shape due to so much ipad. i think it worked well he did get a tad annoyed after a while with it. so far he dumped it on the floor and no longer uses it. i’ll try to encourage him more. for the price i wish there was some scoring mechanism connected to a phone to make it more enticing

You can't really make any movements without the sensor vibration, it is annoying and not comfortable

My chiropractor asked me to maintain posture as much as I can. This is to help with my back and neck issue. I was told that my neck is moved slightly ahead due to too much computer office work. This posture corrector is smart. Whilst wearing, if I am tilting, slouching more than necessary,It reminds by flashing red so then I go back in same position. Band is soft on body so does not leave any marks. Its very light in weight so don’t really feel that you wearing anything. A must have for people who wish to correct back shape or body posture. I recommend!!

The media could not be loaded.  If your back is not straight it vibrates until you get it straight. I like it as it reminds me of the correct posture at all times. Also you can use it as a simple corrector if you want ... You can switch off the vibration at any time:) very happy with the purchase . Strongly recommend.

Easy to wear posture corrector. The belt is elastic which is adjustable to fit a larger body to thin and vice versa. Worn it while using laptop it does help with posture and reminds you to sit straight. Haven't used it while walking but will definitely try. I recommend this product for those who mainly sit longer hours at their work.

What did I dislike? Everything. The product came with no instructions and told you to refer to the instructions. Very hard to adjust. Did not appear to provide any support to correct posture but just relied on the buzzer to say if you were correct posture or not. But that appeared to be set by the user by holding in a vertical position. However as there were nom instructions enclosed who knows if this was correct or not. I found myself apparently leaning back before the buzzer would stop. So annoying. A return was swift.
