I am a petite middle aged woman who needed a solution for privacy along my fence in my backyard.The few necessary directions are easy to follow and the two I purchased are very sturdy with the soil added.One did begin to come apart at the right top side of the plantar box so I had to join the sides together with a brace which basically looks like a door hinge.The wood is soft and thin and can break while assembling.Had it not been for my neighbor, "Mr. Gawkins" and my need for privacy I would have returned them for a refund.UPDATE - I just purchased a third. They really are affordable and easy to assemble. I purchased artificial ivy and braided it through the trellis making the three sections into an actual privacy wall.

The box is not as deep as I like, but overall what I was looking for. Love the color and the size of the lattice is fine. The useable space in the box is closer to 8 inches, which kind of limits what you can plant there. I am using it for two bougainvillea plants, and so far so good. Another issue you can see in the attached picture is the screws are a little too long for the lattice beam and actually poke through the other side. Not a deal breaker, but makes you wonder what else was overlooked in quality control...

This trellis is actually very sturdy and beautiful. I was afraid of rough wood that splinters, but it is actually very well made. It was also easy to assemble. I'm very happy with it and would buy another! The only thing I will say is that I wish it were deeper for more mature plants but it is manageable.

The unit was super fast to assemble once I grabbed a not-included screwdriver and a hammer to tap the screws to start them. They could have pre drilled those holes. After that it’s incredibly easy.Had a small piece splinter on the side rail during assembly but otherwise the quality is acceptable, just not great. No liner or wheels. I’m sure the box will suffer in time with use especially if is moved.Design is smart to have a sturdy supported top bar. Can easily hold a heavy hanging basket.

Since our neighbor cut down all the trees and cleared out most of the vines and weeds we were left with very little privacy. Although the vegetation was a mess and we appreciate that they are all gone, we just needed a little something to help restore some privacy. We ordered 4 of these, filled them with fertilized soil and small vines and watered them and voila, we have our privacy back. With a little regular care and trimming, we’ll have a more beautiful view from our dining room windows and back patio!

I like it because I can grow climbing plants so it will climb up in the back.
