The size chart didn’t match the options for sizes (by age year). She’s 7 years old so I went with the 6-7yr size option, but it was HUGE. I’m not even sure one size down would fit. If your child has a small frame this may not work for you. She’s 43lbs, if this helps you choose a size.

Bought this for my daughter who just turned nine. Got the 11-13 age size. Way to small. Gave it away to another family whose child could use it. Very disappointed as the listed says “true to size” and even on the size chart my daughter is 10# lower then the suggested weight range for the size I ordered.

Cheap material. My son has been wearing it for swimming for two months and the material is starting to thin off. Just hope that it will last through summer. It’s okay if you want a swimsuit at cheap price for one summer.

It was really hard to find a short sleeve one piece swim sun suit for my preschool age child. Most are made for babies and toddlers. We bought two of these and they are used about 5 times per week. I bought size 4-6 for my 4.5 year old and it fits well and I think he will outgrow it before he is 6. So, I would say size up if you are in between the 3-5 and 4-6 size.After washing them in the washing machine they completely stretch out and they have warn a bit thin after a few months of use in a rotation of two. But for one summer and wearing it about every other day, I would say we got good use out of our money.I would recommend.

Perfect modest bathing suit for a ten year old girl. Comfortable, the material is not see through, provided protection from the sun.

If you follow the sizing chart you’ll be fine. HOWEVER..... I ordered the dark and light blue for my 9 yr old son, I didn’t receive the one I selected. The colors were right but the graphic wasn’t, it has a childish shark on it not words. Luckily my son hasn’t notice but will be upset Bc he’s not a “baby” besides that it’s okay

I would have uploaded a photo of the material after one month of use (this swimsuit was only used 8 times), but I had to return it. After the second use, I noticed that the fabric was slightly stretched in some areas near the zipper and at the back, with the fine elastic threads showing. This became worse and worse. Though my daughter was swimming in a pool, we always washed the suit immediately after use to remove the chlorine, however this was not enough as the suit's shape distorted further due to the seemingly disintegrating elastic threads. The overall fit was very good and the colors very true, but the fabric was poor quality and perhaps not meant for swimming use.

My 12-year-old daughter prefers comfort over fashion - she wanted a bathing suit that would allow her to run, jump, and swim, without fear of slippage or bunching. This is the perfect suit for her. It's easy to put on, comfortable, and cute. She wears it to the pool, splash pad, water park, etc. and then just walks around in it afterward with no worries about something sagging or falling down. I wish they made them in bigger sizes - I'd probably buy one for me!

Sizing was awful bought two sets of the bathers in what was meant to be the same size and one fit and one was was too small. They have also faded really quickly.
