Good occasional tool; may struggle a bit if you've got small hands
Bought to cut up some concrete paving slabs, plus future use for chipboard.Didn't use the vacuum hose adaptor to capture cutting dust.Pros:1. The provided concrete cutter disk cuts through concrete quite easily and leaves a clean cut on both sides of the slab, but you may want to cut for no more than 30 seconds at a stretch to prevent the cutting disk from overheating. Took ~3 minutes to make a 600mm vertical cut through a 35mm thick slab.2. Nice long power lead, which made manoeuvring around where I wanted to cut easy.Cons (minor):1. The handle is quite a large diameter, so anyone with small hands may find this awkward to use (my wrist to tip of middle finger measurement is 200mm, and I found the handle slightly too large for absolute comfort).2. Laser guideline is slightly misaligned (2mm left of the actual cut) - once you realise this you can compensate for it, but it's a pain.Would recommend for occasional use as a hand-held cutter.

Great value for money
This product is never going to live up to the hype of any Makita, Milwaukee, Dewalt tool etc. - but if you have a brain you can easily make it do what you need it to do.Example, it cuts straight, but the laser is slightly off. Resolution, you make a guide rail or use your eyes (I would never rely on a laser anyhow).A great useful product that does what it needs to do

Good value.
Really like this product. Only used it a couple of times since bought but have no complaints. Maybe the guide light could be brighter but that might just be me.

Great tool, easy to use.
Great tool, I like the blazer attached to it, it helps me greatly to keep a straight line. I'm new to this type of tools, I was glad it came with three different blades, letting me know which blade to use for what. Safety wise, it is good, light enough to handle, best used with two hands, and best to have a work table or something to hold things in place for you, I think this is on my list to get next.Edit:For people with small hands it maybe difficult to keep your finger on the safety button while operating. My hands are big and sometimes I struggle.REPLACEMENT BLADES: I couldn't buy from the seller or the manufacturer replacement blades, and its bloody difficult to find the right size, this has been a bad experience as most saw blades are a different size bore .. about 15mm to 22mm and this one is 9.5mm, blades diameter is 5 inches .. I find this issue very off putting! If I knew it was a little too unique I would have spent my money on a saw that uses readily available blades.. however I am new to this and did not think about it.

Good VFM
I am a DIY hobbiest at best, and barely even that, so my opinion should be treated with that in mind. I somewhat doubt this is the best model on the market, but it is easy(ish) to use and you get a plethora of different blades, so it's hard to find too much fault with it for the price. The hexagon key for changing the blade is a bit annoying and my left-handed fiancee has troubled dealing with the safety being on the left side of the device, otherwise it seems to be good for the price point.

simple to use
great bit of kit and saves getting the bigger circular saw out to do smaller jobs

If you have not used a power tool like this please watch a tips video for safety of use.
If you are an amateur user I suggest watching the YouTube videos on hand held circular saws. This product is of a decent quality for the DIY enthusiast and represents a good purchase for quality and ease of use.

Broke after 30 minutes use.
Used it for 30 minutes after I bought it. Unfortunately next use [now] is 16 months on and it worked for 30 seconds: so no way of getting a refund. Looks like the gearbox has stripped. No way to repair. Waste of money. Looks like they are no longer available anyway, so need to find a better make.
