Lanterns are nice and romantic.They are plastic and feel light / cheap yet they do give off a classy look.The batteries seem to last a while.The screw in design on top sometimes gets difficult setting up as the threads aren’t always aligned.Overall very happy with these - have purchased dozens of them already!

The product is wonderful.. The policy of the company is great. They cannot do enough for their customers.

One of the lanterns timer did not work properly and the company immediately honored theirwarranty policy and was very easy, amazing customer service and very professional to work with. Replacement seems to be working fine. GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH!

They look great, just very light.

I bought three to put just off of our porch (in a the landscape bed area). And I am extremely happy with them! I decorated for Christmas and put them out the weekend after Thanksgiving. The batteries lasted until the week or so after Christmas when I changed the decor (I changed the batteries then too). They were still working but very weak. So absolutely NO complaints about battery life. The timers worked with no issues and were SO much more convenient and attractive with out have cords or having to go out and manually turn them on! I am currently trying to figure out where else I can put lanterns because I am that happy with these!! Definitely worth the price (which by the way was significantly cheaper than the lanterns I was seeing at the hardware stores, etc.)

I love this Candle lantern...however the controller that it comes with does NOT Work. (I am unable to set it for the 4 or 8 hour on/off feature) Even trying to set the on/off manually (under the lantern) does NOT WORK either!What I do LOVE is the company. Bright Zeal (I am not sure if that is the actual company name) but I cannot tell you how many emails, the customer service representative, emailed me. They wanted to do right by be and ended up sending me 3 YES 3 of these lanterns. The very first one I mailed back and they reimbursed me 100% for the shipping charges that I had to pay to mail it back to them. (via a gift card that was deposited into my amazon account) The other 2 lanterns they told me to just keep "for parts" That there was no need to mail back. That was very helpful to me. I am sorry to say - the lamp is very pretty, the company is fantastic, if you don't mind manually turning it on at night and turning it off in the morning than I would say go ahead and purchase it. However, I thought it was so cute and very convenient to actually have a remote that would set the timer to either 4 or 8 hours to automatically go on and then go off after that. Then, (once you had set it up once with the control) if would automatically go on at the exact time you had set it to go on the next evening. (and automatically go off after the 4 or 8 hours that you originally set it to)The unfortunate thing as I think about this more is I have very often, totally forgotten to turn off the lantern on my way out the door to go off to work. The sun is coming up and it's light enough when I leave my house that it is very easy to miss that that light is still on. That is a negative, as that will use up your batteries very fast. (that's a waste) So, I am sorry I change my review. Many of us are in a rush in the am getting out the door to get to work and bottom line it would just be so nice to not have to stop and place all my bags down and manually turn the lantern off.Once again, I really did not want to write a negative review in ANY way b/c this company is so good and really cares. But what is the purpose of the remote if is doesn't even work. If defeats the whole purpose. It really is a shame. I cannot say it enough, this company is the BEST company I have ever dealt with as far as caring that you get a product that you are happy with. I believe I sent the last email to them and had to tell them that once again the 4th lantern I received STILL did not work - neither the remote or doing it manually by using the buttons on the bottom. It is too bad.

I love this waterproof lantern and its a great price!!! It gives off a nice warm glow, great for an accent light, but do not expect to use it for reading or locating anything in the dark. I have not used the timer setting, but I do love the option to use it. I LOVE that it's battery operated. I have a lot of shade trees at my house therefore solar lights do not work for me. I like that I can always count on the battery operated lantern to be ready and not have to wonder if it got enough sunlight to power on. This is my favorite backyard accessory!

Product arrived with a little damage. Contacted their Customer Service people and they quickly solved the issue. Product looks great on our front porch with our other decorations and the timer functions properly. Glade we bought four lanterns to balance our display. Will purchase from them again in the future. Quality product with great customer service if needed.

Looks likes metal but it's light & plastic. Looks good when lit up
