The media could not be loaded. This installer recommend by the seller. He claim finish installation less than an hour and charge me rs 900/-. After turn on water supply the system collapse. I called back the installed and he told me need to pay again for him to come and check.

Product works good, the frame of the ro could have a better finish, it has sharp edges might cause injury. Comes with all membrane and other filters setup ready. I am seeing 35 tds output and my input is 500tds.

Like this product for its simplicity, value for money. Comes in a compact stainless steel frame that can be mounted on wall (screws included), includes 3 stage filter, 2 water pumps, 2 membranes, 1 UV light filter, TDS adjuster. Speed is really fast, reasonably silent in operations. Comes with all required accessories and fittings including the elbows, teflon tape, tap fitting, inlet & outlet tubes.Only few easily avoidable cons are none of the connections had locks (a tiny U shaped clips) put on any of the joints and when switched on few joints started leaking. I added those locks to those joints. Hope the manufacturer take note of it and include locks in all joints, also the bottom of the stainless steel frame is open where insects like cockroach can easily make it as its home.Note: Will attach more photos later.

Product fittings are very good. But I expected a better filtration which is not upto the mark. It reduses tds approximately 130 . I am getting tds of 220 whereas my tap water has a tds of 350 only.

Bahut hi phaltu company hei. Inka RO kharidne se 3 din ke ander hi SMPS kharab hogaya. Inke customer care walo ko customer ki koi importance hi nahi hei. No responsibility of the company. Agar zero star se kuch kam hota hei to inko Dena chahiye.

Good in this price but after 3month it was damaged not working no service one visit by service man charges rs ,400 /00 there should atleast one year service free
