Can you see the greater and lesser tubercles of the humerus? Does this have enough details?

I tried to answer with a video and it deleted it. It I think you can see enough detail to identify what you’re looking at.

what are the measurements for the skull?

1.5 inches (4 cm) wide 2.5 inches (6 cm) tall 2 inches (4.5 cm) deep

is this good to study bony markings?

The markings on exterior and interior of cranium are pretty good. I didn't outline or color mine, but you could. Those were the main markings I had w/A & P. For studying the human skeleton, I think it is a very good purchase.

Do the arms and legs rotate on this product?

They are jointed and movable. Never tried to rotate 360°.
