I only wanted some small pieces for my aquarium so took a chance and ordered 2 sample pieces - they couldn’t have been better. I allowed one piece to float and boiled the other for 30 minutes, leaving it to cool in the boiled water. That sank as soon as I introduced it and the first piece sank naturally within 48 hours.Service from the supplier was good too-package arrived at first available date given by Amazon.

Having already some of this wood I ordered a couple of samples thinking that they would be ok to add some smaller details. What a disappointment, arrived this morning and was literally just a small stick/twig. I know it was a sample but really was too small to do anything with. Ordered 2 and only received 1 piece.Don't waste your money
