Big Band and Ballads/Buddy's in a Brand New Bag/Away We Go

At last the Collectables label have done something right.....not only released the three missing Reprise albums from Buddy Greco BUT used the masters from Warner Brothers!!!!!!!!!! Superb transfers from some great Buddy Greco material. At long last the "Big Ballads" album gets the sound it deserves.....one of Buddy's truly great albums at last available after nearly 40 years!!!! If this label can produce quality material like this why oh why do they still peddle poor transfers ....especially the Perry Como releases. But thanks where it is needed....this release is really, really great!!!!!!!

I've been looking for a cd with 'You don't have to say you love me' from Buddy Greco on it for ages - he has the best version by far. If I didn't have the vinyl version I'd be beginning to think that I imagined Buddy actually sang it. Smooth all the way.

This is one of my favorite albums. I, finally, upgraded to the CD version. I ordered itonline. I play it all the time.
