I recently purchased the Jabra Evolve2 65 MS Wireless Headphones, and I must say, they have exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I put them on, I knew I made the right choice. Let me share with you why these headphones deserve a solid five-star rating. First and foremost, the sound quality is exceptional. The Evolve2 65 MS delivers crystal-clear audio, with rich bass and well-balanced highs and lows. Whether I'm listening to music, watching movies, or engaging in conference calls, every detail is brought to life, immersing me in a truly captivating audio experience. Comfort is another area where these headphones truly shine. The plush memory foam ear cushions provide a perfect fit, enabling me to wear them for hours on end without any discomfort. The adjustable headband ensures a secure and personalized fit, catering to different head sizes and shapes. I appreciate the lightweight design, as it doesn't put unnecessary pressure on my head and neck, allowing me to focus on whatever I'm doing. The wireless connectivity of the Evolve2 65 MS is flawless. The Bluetooth 5.0 technology ensures a stable and reliable connection, free from any annoying interruptions. I can move around my workspace freely, up to an impressive 100 feet away from the paired device, without worrying about losing connectivity. The headset also boasts an impressive battery life, providing up to 37 hours of talk time and up to 30 hours of music playback on a single charge. This means I can use them throughout the day without constantly searching for a power outlet. The built-in microphone is another standout feature of these headphones. The noise-canceling technology effectively blocks out background noise, ensuring crystal-clear voice transmission during calls. Whether I'm in a busy café or a noisy office, my voice comes through loud and clear, enhancing the quality of my conversations. Lastly, the Jabra Evolve2 65 MS comes with a range of convenient features. The intuitive controls on the earcups allow me to adjust volume, skip tracks, and answer calls with ease. The headset also integrates seamlessly with various communication platforms, ensuring compatibility and smooth operation across different devices and applications. In conclusion, the Jabra Evolve2 65 MS Wireless Headphones are a top-notch choice for anyone seeking exceptional sound quality, comfort, and convenience. The attention to detail in both design and function is evident, making these headphones a true pleasure to use. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and high-performing headset.

The best of the best for WFH
I’ve been in phone sales for over 12 years and have always used the same (but have owned more than a few) plantronics headsets. Recently I needed to replace my handy plantronics headset. I ordered a Jabra evolve 75 (sound quality was not great and felt bulky on my head), a poly voyager 4320 uc (felt overly large and was a weird shape IMO) as well as another plantronics (Amazon renewed box had mold on it and I never opened it) Long story as to why I ordered so many different headsets however the point is this headset is a beast! Sound quality is great from both mic and headphones. I really like that you can flip the mic up to mute it. The voice that talks through the headset will remind you if you are starting to dial and still on mute as well as other prompts (you can turn these off if need be). This also uses a USB C charging cable which I love because it’s compatible w many other devices I own and the battery stays charged all day! Sometimes I’ll throw it on the charger just in case for 10 minutes or so towards the end of the day and when I put it back on I’ll hear “battery high”. The only slight dislike is the range. I can walk into my kitchen no problem but I’m used to being able to walk out to the car or upstairs if need be and the old plantronics would still work just fine. All in all as long as your not trying to sit out by the pool while your on the phone w clients and your computer is in the house, this is an amazing headset that sounds great. Feels great and looks great as well! The best of the best, after testing them all!

GREAT work single ear Bluetooth headset
Very comfortable single ear Bluetooth headset. I use this headset primarily for work using a company laptop working 100% remotely and heavily utilizing Microsoft Teams. I already have a Logitech stereo 2 ear noise cancelling wired headset that I use when I am parked in front of my desk. The purpose for purchasing the Jabra headset was for those times I must step away from my desk, have one ear able to hear my surroundings but still have on ear on the call. It does this very well. The single ear speaker provides very good sound on the call. I can hear voices clearly and sharply with no "tinny" or echo sound. I also was told by those on a call that my voice comes through clearly at a good volume level. A large part of my job involves being on bridge calls for long periods of time with many people so it is CRITICAL that I know when I am on and off mute. This headset does VERY well giving me multiple options to turn mute on and off either in front of or away from my laptop (Ex. grabbing a quick bite in the kitchen or when nature calls). Additionally, it gives the option of displaying a red light and even can occasionally play a tone in your ear (that only you can hear) to remind you that mute is on. (NOTE: All of these settings can be turned on or off according to your preferences using the JABRA software.) The Bluetooth range is the best I have found on a wireless headset. I use this headset on a work computer so I am not permitted to install software for security reasons. If you have the same issue, I HIGHLY recommend you install the JABRA app on your phone, connect to the headset from your phone, go through settings to personalize your headset, update the firmware, then reconnect to your work computer. I very much like that the headset can receive firmware updates. This means that it can continuously be improved (from a software perspective). I also like that the Jabra can be connected to 2 different devices simultaneously, so one minute I am using it on work calls on the laptop, then next minute I am using it for calls on my smartphone. Bottom Line: YES, the price is much higher than those $40 headsets you can also find on Amazon, but this headset blows all of them away. In this case, you get what you pay for.

Jabra Evolve2 65 MS Great sound and comfort, but limited noise cancellation
Jabra Evolve2 65 MS Wireless Headphones with Link380a – Great sound and comfort, but limited noise cancellation I’ve been using the Jabra Evolve2 65 MS headset primarily for office work and Microsoft Teams calls. Overall, these are very comfortable headphones with great sound quality, but they are not truly noise-cancelling in my opinion. Comfort: The ear cushions are soft and the headset fits well. I can comfortably wear them for about 2–3 hours at a time without any noticeable pressure or heat buildup. They feel light to medium weight and don’t feel bulky. Sound Quality: Sound quality is excellent for both calls and music. The audio is clear and the bass is decent. I often listen to music while working and they perform well for that too. Call Quality / Microphone: On Teams and Zoom calls people say my voice sounds clear. The microphone works well in a normal office environment, though I haven’t tested it extensively in louder environments yet. Wireless Performance: Connection through the Link380 USB adapter has been very stable. I haven’t experienced any audio dropouts so far. Battery Life: Battery life is impressive. They easily last a full workday and more. I left them at the office over a weekend and when I came back Monday the battery was still around half. Noise Isolation: This is where they fall short. They block some background hum like HVAC or computer noise, but they do not do much to block conversations. I can still clearly hear coworkers talking about 20 feet away. In a busier environment you would likely need the volume turned up to compensate. Controls & Teams Integration: The controls are easy to use, the boom arm mute works well, and integration with Microsoft Teams is excellent. Value: For the price range ($160–$220), they’re solid office headphones with great sound and battery life. However, if strong noise cancellation is important to you, you might want to look at other options. I would probably buy them again, but I’d also look for something with better noise cancelling at a similar price. Overall: Great sound, comfort, battery life, and Teams integration. Just don’t expect true noise-cancelling performance.

Outstanding mic sound quality for my colleagues
I work from home in a sometimes noisy, sometimes quiet household. I have struggled to find headphones or a headset (with a PC) that provides great noise cancellation and solid sound from my microphone. I tried Bose Quiet Comfort 45 Bluetooth ear buds. They have great sound, but the range isn't the best and the microphone sometimes digitized my voice to the extent that people on calls cannot understand me. I then tried Logitech Zone Wireless certified for Microsoft Teams. They worked great for a while, but then they started to drop, disconnect, digitize and then the microphone started having issues. I tried everything recommended on Google, YouTube and Logitech to troubleshoot it. I suspect a Windows Update caused the issues, but I gave up. I just need something that works. So, I read a ton of reviews and decided to give Plantronics/Poly Voyager UC 5200 headset a try. What a mistake. Hoping they provided the sound and mic quality suggested in the reviews, this single ear solution cannot do the job. So, after reading another wave of reviews and recommendations, I gave Jabra Evolve2 65 a try. They were easy to connect, are comfortable, sound excellent, but the best is - the microphone is crystal clear. My coworkers are amazed at the difference in sound quality when I'm speaking. I am thrilled with these Jabra headphones (and will come back and update my review if they deteriorate). So many headset reviews boast about sound quality and noise cancellation. It's not easy, actually, to find great information about the microphone - which in a WFH setting is maybe the most important feature. I'm super glad I found these, so far.

Disconnects frequently and is frustrating
The mic is absolutely not worth it to me. I’ve been using this mic for the past couple of months and the only benefit it has to my old mic is that it is Bluetooth. However, I have a load of problems with it. - My headset disconnects often. By “disconnect”, I mean that I can still hear fine in the call, but for some reason when I talk my voice isn’t being transmitted. So the headset doesn’t disconnect, but the mic does? - In a one hour call, I can expect to lose connection 3-4 times. - You can lift the mic to mute, but when I lower the mic to unmute it is always disconnected. - To reconnect the mic, I need to switch it off and on and it takes about 10 seconds for it to connect again. This prolongs the call and is frustrating for the people I’m talking to. - The mic can only be on the right-side and I’m used to it on the left-side. The problem is that I still sometimes try to put the mic on the wrong side and the mic is so flimsy I feel like I almost snap it each time when trying to pull it down to talk.

Ok, but not great for background noise reduction
These are ok but don't reduce noise to the level I hoped like my others that I broke. I thought this was the same model, but it's not. But they are ok. Just not as good on the noise reduction in the background.

Great headset for microsoft teams meetings
Got this gave it a charge and plugged the dongle it into my laptop. Ease of use: Immediately paired to a windows laptopand worked flawlessly. Microsoft teams recognized it very fast and have had zero issues. Build quality: Looks well built, foam around ears is pretty thin but still comfortable for now. Comfort: Very comfortable on my head, but my ears do get a bit hot using this headset. So far it's not too noticable. Functionality: The fact you can put up the microphone to mute is a great convenience. In Microsoft teams if you have the microphone in the up position it mutes you in the meeting as well, if you try to unmute in teams it tells you to put the microphone down. Calls sound great, and this paired to my phone and switches between the dongle and my phone seamlessly. Having the busy light is also helpful to let people know you are on a call. Overall: Love this thing, was super easy to setup and sounds great.
