Solar light for landscaping
This is a small but, extremely powerful light. It has different modes that makes it neat and different. I put this light in a pagoda that’s in my Japanese Maple garden. Easy to install and up and running right away. Highly recommend for your landscape lighting needs!

Good for Small Fountain
I purchased this solar light for use in a small wall fountain. It arrived promptly, in good condition, and was easy to set-up and install. After an initial solar charge it has worked perfectly, submerged under water for the two weeks since receipt. I have owned several of these before (all of which ultimately failed) so I can not warrant how long this one will last. It does not seem quite as bright as previous units, but for the small fountain it is fine.

Worthless piece of trash
It took me a while to use this as I was ill when it came in. I set it up and had to weigh it down with a rock since it floated. The solar panel was in direct sunlight for about 8 hours the first day and sure enough it came on at dusk. It was very dim but it worked. I looked about an hour later and it was off. I thought maybe it just didn't get enough of a charge the first day but the next evening it never came on. When I pulled it out of the water, the light was filled with water so it was never to work again. Due to my illness, It was past the return window so I got stuck. My advice is don't waste your money on this piece of trash.IMPORTANT UPDATE:I have received an e-mail from the company from which I bought this light. It was a cry-mail telling me how hard it is to do business and they have offered me a $20 gift certificate to remove this review. I would have felt much better about the company had they simply replaced the item and apologized. Instead, they have simply offered to pay me off if I remove the review. I think this should be a violation as far as Amazon is concerned as it is not fair to possible new customers who may buy this product. I assume they will read this update so I really want to let them know my vote is not for sale and they could have handled this much better. This update would have been much more positive had the company handled it differently. All of this leads me to believe this company is on the shady side and i will never do business with them again.ADDITIONAL UPDATE!!The company has now increased their offer to $40.00 to remove the review. I will not remove this because it would not be fair to other customers who might think about buying this crap.STILL ANOTHER UPDATE!!The company has now offered me $50.00 to remove the bad review. My reponse was the same.

Continuous Improvement
This is the third type of these solar powered pond lights that I have purchased, and whoever is making them is always working on making them better. They now have a reflective backing so more light less energy (they say on longer), detachable cable so you place the light where you want the, put the cables together. I love these, they are the best ones I ever bought.

Still working
We purchased this some time ago and it’s still functioning great. We have an old lamppost in front of our house that does not work so we insert the light portion into the the lamp with the solar left outside. It provides enough light to give the appearance of a functioning lamppost.

Need larger solar panels
The solar screens are to small to charge very much. At the best sunny day they only light up for an hour or so.

love it and it works well.
have installed several in the pond outside. Easy to put together. Easy to set up the light under the water in the pond. LOVE the long cord and it is easy to hide the cord under vegetation and position the solar bit far away to capture the most sunlight. Makes the pond enjoyable even after dark in the evening.
