Excellent customer service
This is the Eden 94116 metal turbo oscillating sprinkler. It also includes 6 jets with individual ON/OFF buttons (to limit the spray to the sides), a flow control knob (partial-on to full-on), and a metal base. The oscillating cylinder is plastic and the individual jets are rubber. The unit is well made and it has a farther water throw than other manufacturer's units that I've tried in the past. I like all of the features and was very happy with the unit for 2 weeks. At 2 weeks the unit stopped oscillating back-and-forth. It just sat at one end. If I manually rotated it, then it would go a ways, perhaps back the other way, then stop again and get stuck. I tried for about an hour to get it to start oscillating again. I cleaned it out, adjusted the ON/OFF jets on top, changed the water flow using the little red knob, cleaned out the jets with the red cleaning tool, and changed the water flow using my hose bib valve; but it still wouldn't oscillate any more.Eden customer support was extremely responsive and I was very happy with their support. They sent me a replacement unit and it is working fine so far. I opened up the 2-week old unit and looked inside but I didn't see any obvious problem. The way that the mechanism works is that when it gets to the end of the oscillation, the red clip (that we adjust to control the min/max of the oscillation's travel) trips a little green plastic lever, it makes a click sound, then starts to oscillate the other way. After opening the unit up (destructively), the little green plastic lever clicked fine, so there wasn't a blockage. I don't know why the unit wouldn't oscillate.I would recommend that Eden make a slight design modification allowing the unit to be opened up non-destructively so that folks can fix a problem (i.e. don't glue the end on). Otherwise the unit is an excellent design and I am very happy with it.I would recommend this unit to other folks, it is well made, and I like the features. Perhaps I just got a bum unit that had plastic bits stuck inside somewhere from the manufacturing process...Scott

Turn off valve did not work!
Everything works great except the turn off valve does not work its defective. Other then that everything else works good.

Worth it
Very sturdy and works well. You can control spray width, length and overall flow. I was. Impressed by amount of water it delivers in just a short while. Osicalltion is smooth and consistent. Metal base makes it stay put and not fade in sun. I wish plastic qucik connect were metal.,but you can easily replace with your own ones.

It's the best I've found yet
I've tried other brands that are much less expensive, and I guess it's what they say....you get what you pay for. This sprinkler was expensive (at least I thought it was), but it really does the job. Read the instructions and you'll find it has lots of options for use. I have odd shaped lawns and it works better than any that I have tried. I'd give it 5 stars if it were a little more sturdy, although with careful handling it should last a long time. The clean-out plug has popped out a couple of times but that may be because I was dragging the unit at the end of the hose to the next area to be watered. It works great!

Complete Junk, Didn't Last One Summer
I foolishly assumed that a metal sprinkler such as this would be more durable than the standard plastic type, so I paid the extra $$$ for that reason. Ha. The joke was on me this time. I took great care with this sprinkler. Never left it out overnight. Always drained it completely after each use and stored it indoors. Both our front and back yards are fenced so there's absolutely no way anyone stepped on it, drove their bike over it, or otherwise harmed it without my knowledge. Yet, one day it simply stopped oscillating. Our water is not hard. There were no deposits. There was no dirt. No clogging. Nothing but TLC. If it wasn't such a pain in the butt I'd mail it to the manufacturer with a written pledge to never again purchase a product made by Eden. But, instead, I'll find some other use for this hunk of metal junk. Perhaps it can serve as a mediocre doorstop, though I won't be one bit surprised if it fails at that as well. Never again, Eden. Never.

Rubber nozzles degrade
I bought the heavy duty sprinkler 21 months ago. Overall, its performance and durability seemed great for most of that time. I used it, at most, a few hours a week for a few months a year, storing it in a shed in low use months and the shade during relatively high use months. (We get a fair bit of regular rain, so this is for when we hit a long-ish dry spell and all the water-loving plants have a hard time). But, a few months ago, the rubber nozzles that direct the water spray width started breaking off. About a third are off now and most of the rest are all cracked and all but broken off. The rubber is sticky yet brittle - it will crack/break if you press it at all. It's degrading. Of course, rubber will degrade with time and UV exposure, but I expected at least a few years of use for the price and claims of durability, especially as it's not something I use frequently and keep it out of the weather in general. Also, today, the pressure dial on top randomly popped up and out, even though fully opened. Most of the water gushes from there when this happens, so it's no longer functional. Nothing seems broken, so I'm hoping replacing the gasket on it will somehow fix this as that seems to have be the only thing that was holding it in place. I don't really use this feature (I find it easier controlling pressure at the faucet, where I can stay dry), so even just siliconing it in place as fully open is fine by me if it's not properly repairable, but it is a bit concerning that it would also need replacing so soon.Aside from that, everything still looks like new and the sprinkler still works as a regular oscillating sprinkler that has no width adjustment ability (pressure dial issue aside). The base is heavy and solid, even the paint looks like new.

Awesome adjustable sprinkler
This is a sturdy metal oscillating sprinkler with three different adjustment features. The buttons allow for a variety of wide or narrow patterns and the button on the top turns to control the amount of flow instead of running to the tap. There is also the usual slide control to determine how far it will oscillate back and forth. I didn’t think I had a lot of water volume but this sprinkler almost waters the whole backyard which is large. It comes with a quick connect attachment to screw in to the end of the sprinkler, a spare one, and a quick connect for the end of the hose. Everything is well built and it’s nice that it comes with the attachments.

You get what you pay for, and this is worth it.
The entire sprinkler is metal so very robust. The controls for length of spray are the usual and easy. Cute feature is controls to shut of left, centre, or right independently. It lies flat on the ground and stays where you put it because the weight of the metal keeps it from flipping when you turn on the hose. Water shut off valve is great to let you pick up the sprinkler, turn on the water, place the sprinkler where you want, turn off the shut-off valve and go do something else; you don't have to walk back to the faucet.

Good buy
Works well. Controls are a little flimsy but not too bad. Make use that you keep the plug at the opposite end to the hose in. No idea why they would make this something that opens the entire chamber other than for washing it out which seems highly unnecessary.

Well made
Eden oscillating sprinkler is well-made and sturdy, being constructed primarily of metal. It is easy to adjust for different sized lawns, but the push in & out buttons to increase / decrease spray width are a bit awkward, and I don't think the sprinkler quite covers its advertised sq. footage.
