I bought the green pen and the color is lovely black ink and the name is easy to read. A very reasonable price and a thoughtful gift. The only problem is that it doesn't come in a box. I didn't care about a box. It came faster than they said. I am going to buy more as gifts and for myself.

I ordered this black pen as a gift for my grandaughter, and an identical blue pen for her husband.By the time they arrived, I was so disappointed. They both looked cheap, or ordinary looking. Not at all the way they looked online. Also, the customization was so small that it looked lost against the backdrop of the pen. This is the reason that I am returning the two pens that were ordered. Bought as a gift for my academy's director during the last week of our academy just so happened to be his last week as an academy director as well, we wanted to get him something to remember his favorite students by, and had his most notorious quote engraved on the pen. Needless to say he loved it and nearly succumbed to tears, it meant a lot to us and a lot to him, for the price the pen is worth every penny, It writes like a charm and satisfies the workload of a EX academy director now Chief of Police.

5-Stars! I have been looking for a burgundy colored pen for a long time. This pen writes fluidly with no skips, blotting or fading. It feels well designed for holding in the hand with a slight sturdy grip and heaviness. The price is very reasonable so I bought two to keep at home as well as conveniently with me on the go. Very elegant and distinguished looking. The perfect pen!
