They are a nice set. They look like they will be easy to use. And it's nice to have a choice.if you buy in your local store in the US there is only one brand.they don't have any burrs and look well made. I'm pleased with my purchase and I have ordered a second set

Broke a needed / Prob my faut
This is probably user error, but I was hand sewing an embroidered patch onto a football jersey, and the head snapped. I have only used it for two days, but I think it is from being new. This is the first time I’ve sewn anything by hand.

Excellent needles
I purchased these twice - the long needles are excellent. I have not used the shorter versions yet but have used the sashiko needles for basting sewing projects as well.
