The video quality and sound are excellent. Lots of different settings. I have video split every 3 minutes to keep file size down and to capture specific incidents. I use software called Handbrake open source video transcoder to shrink size of video into m4v file extension. I need to do this to use yahoo email which has a 25mb file size limit or use the cloud service.This camera is really a very technical piece of equipment. You may be confused at first with the menu and the password protected security must be entered if you want to access the menu or playback. Playback you can see a certain amount of video for security reason, but can listen to the rest. To view full video, transfer over to your computer. I like watching the videos on my Android (Samsung J6 2018) smartphone. Excellent quality.Purchased separate clip for my rucksack. Julian Stansfield the Director of Brifield LTD was very helpful. Answered my call out of office and emailed photographs.I know this camera does not have image stabilization, but that's not a problem for my intended use. I need corroboration (evidence). This camera will do the job I need it to do. I am not looking for a gopro.I prefer to night vision in manual mode and turn off motion detection. I prefer to record when I hit the record button. If you are using the camera at night switch on IR/ white light manually (my preferred way).Camera came with plug, usb cable and other accessories as advertised.I am very happy with this camera. Like most things these days, camera made in china including iphone's.I would not be surprised the internal menu, engine software was written in the C programming language for a technical piece of equipment like this. Very quick.I have attached pictures of my camera next to a diet coke can, to give a true size.

Ordered and received this body-cam back in January 2021, mainly to provide an electronic 'witness' for any untoward events that might happen when dog-walking. We were immediately struck by how well-built and sturdy the device is - no flimsy plastic effort here. It worked like a charm. Easy to set up and use. Brilliant picture quality and sound. One charge easily lasts for 2 two-hour 'walks'. per day. Unfortunately, one of the harness clips was missing from the package, but Brifield immediately sent a next-day replacement. Brilliant customer service. Recently, our camera suddenly stopped charging but Brifield stepped in again and after diagnosing the problem as a faulty USB connection, immediately replaced it with a new camera. Customer service is absolutely first class. Would not hesitate to recommend this company's products to anyone wanting a similar device. 5 star.

With needless attacks on the public these days I am hoping to deter an attack on me by wearing this camera. As I read through the instructions the amount of settings is great and very easy to follow, it’s made of good durable compound and comes complete with a chest harness & shoulder harness, I have to say that this is a Awesome piece of kit and is well worth the money.I do recommend for sure.

Would recommend to friends great pictures

Bought this for doing Security work in Pubs and Clubs, searched about and read reviews of numerous Bodycams and finally Decided to spend a bit more and invested in the Birfield BR3 and it did not fail. Top class customer service also and the Pictures Video and Sound quality I'd fantastic. Will safely say that my colleagues and Company I work for will be investing in several over the coming Months. Update 11/24 Camera had a few issues and we'll out off warranty, can't highlight enough the quality off customer service and the support given. Camera returned and received back within 5 days with issues resolved.

I had it set up and working using intuition only in about 60min. However the instructions did not work and even having set it up, I can't see how they could have. The software that ships with the device on its SD card was incomplete, missing files - namely the app itself - and unusable.I downloaded the software from recalltechnology then windows tried to block it as it was unsigned. I checked the site and fortunately, scam detectors reported it ok. In any case, I still can't get the software to work. It sometimes registers the device if you time opening the app and plugging in the device then entering its password PERFECTLY (you've got a window of 25 seconds or so to enter the device password). But then, it just says 'Connect Failed' even though the 'Connect' button label has changed to 'Connected'. Luckily I'm happy to just use the on-device settings menu.On the plus side, the harnesses that it ships with are fairly easy to put together and are sufficiently adjustable enough to be comfortable. The camera itself takes good clear video with reasonable sound. I've yet to try it for a long walk / run but battery life always just is what it is on anything despite vendor promises so not too worried about that.

So far this has proved to be a fantastic body cam. Has all the bells and whistles, such as the night vision, GPS and the built in 64GB memory card. Really happy with my purchase, would highly recommend
