Very nice looking and sturdy. Of course some flaws and lamp shade is off center when assembled. Had to retrofit in order for shade to remain centered and steady. Overall glad I purchased.

When I opened the box and saw the color of these glass lamps, I nearly returned them right away, but decided to try plugging them in and live with them for a week or 2 before making my final decision. After trying them out, I decided the pros outweighed the cons and I kept them. Here are the pros and cons:Pros:Lamps are the perfect height for reading.Fairly narrow base so they don't take up a lot of room in my end tables.Lamp shades don't flare out much, so they also don't take up a lot of space, yet they allow the light to shine on my book while reading.They were well packed, so no breakage.Except for the color discrepancy, the price is a good value for these well made lamps.Cons:The blue color of the glass lamp base is not a beautiful bright blue as shown. I had hoped that when the light was on, the blue would be more prominent, but it's not.The upper area of the glass base is not clear, as shown. It has more of a gray tint.Somewhere in the description, a nightlight was mentioned. There is no nightlight in the base.Also buried in the description was a single line mentioning a 3-way bulb. This lamp is not designed for a 3-way bulb, which I prefer as I do lots of close work when knitting and hand sewing. However, my local hardware store is modifying the lamps for me so I can use a 3-way bulb.

The lamps are beautiful and I love them in my bedroom however one has a problem with the internal wiring. The fitting where the bulb fits into seems to be stripped and the bulb dims and flickers. I’ve changed bulbs and ensured correct wattage. Unable to return as the box is already gone

My blue lamps don't have as much clear glass as pictured. The teal blue coloring is about 50% high from the bottom. I would have liked more clear glass but they are still very nice. I do get compliments.

The lamps a beautiful. They are tall but light and airy in design. They take up little of the table surface but are sturdy and stable.
