took out of box added water and it leaked everywhere. They started giving me a hard time but thankfully Amazon took care of the problem and refunded my money

Muy buena cafetera, la compre caja abierta, tenia problemas con liqueo del tanque, servicio al cliente me hizo un descuento por el problema del liqueo, me quede con ella para poder repararla, la pude reparar solo aplicando grasa transparente (resitente al agua y calor) a la junta donde entra el tanque de agua. hace un excelente espresso, calienta muy bien arriba las tazas y el espumador calienta muy bien, espuma y crema.

I bought this machine as a gift for a friend. The first unit they got would not pull water from the tank. So I returned it to Amazon and purchased another one to send to my friend. She said it made great expresso and was great at frothing, but the unit leaked water all over her counter. So sad. The company offered to replace it under warranty, but it was too late. She was afraid of having more issues with it in the future and didn't want to be bothered. Unfortunately she doesn't have counter space for a larger model...pretty disappointed. They ALMOST have this product right....

I like this machine. The top does not heat the cups but that's not a big enough deal to mess with returning. Take the black plastic off the foaming wand for better foamed milk. Creamer foams better than milk and tastes like cream.It doesn't make really strong espresso, but I still like it.

Water left in grounds every time. Doesn’t auto shutoff after shots- have to manually do it. So pay attention!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. only good thing I have to say- it’s frothy

El deposito del cafe es muy duro de girar al colocarlo en su lugar. Vibra y suena fuerte cuando esta funcionando. No me hizo u cafe espreso

The first one of these we had lasted one day. Right out of the box water leaked from the valve at the bottom of the reservoir on the back of the machine. The dealer had to eat that machine because the manufacturer doesn't accept returns from dealers. On the second machine the blinking decalcify lights would never stop blinking, no matter how many times we went through the process. Another return, this time by us to the manufacturer. The third machine arrived with a steaming wand stuck in storage position. We had to force the wand a bit to get it to rotate out of operating position. This machine's trick is to usually emit an ear-piercing scream when steaming milk, no matter where the wand is positioned in the little pitcher, or at what depth. When we place the sleeve on the wand to froth the milk, the unit has twice blown the sleeve off, dropping it down into the pitcher of milk. This machine is inexpensive, and also cheap. I will say that customer service has been polite and, except for a flawed product, responsive. Oh, almost forgot: the manual does warn that at first the porta-filter can be very tight when you try to rotate it into position, but that it will gradually loosen up and become easier to deal with. Ours is not loosening, at least on this third machine.Addendum: our third machine has now failed: again, it's the decalcify cycle. We're not even going to bother sending it back.

Like in other capresso coffee makers there is some learning curve as the process is mostly manual. Grinding, tampering, brewing time... Once you get the hang it it makes very good coffee and just as you like, with as much froth as you like in your milk. I would recommend. Although it makes beautiful crema, I didn’t quite like the pressurized filter since is difficult to clean and dry.
