SAT Premium Study Guide with 7 Practice Tests (Barron's Test Prep) Kindle Edition

I teach an SAT prep class for the Math section of the SAT. The math strategy sections have not seen much update since the SAT test has been revamped. I was disappointed that the math sections were not as in line with the new test as they were with the old tests. I will be reviewing the math portion of the book before I purchase it for next year's Prep class.

My teenager bought this since it was strongly recommended by his English teacher- what’s the saying about leading a horse to water??? Needless to say the only school my son is getting into is CC Clown College or SHK the School of Hard Knocks. He will live with us forever, I will never be able to retire.

Have years of experience and Barron’s continues to be the very best book to prepare for SAT and PSAT. I have tried using other prep books from Princeton and other publishers, but the students to use this book to prepare excel. It is well organized includes strategies, a diagnostic, practice tests, explanations for the answers. There is a dictionary section with the most common vocabulary used on the test. I always buy the latest edition, and request that my students by this book.!

The math section is way too hard on this exam. Given the amount of time you're allotted, they ask you wordy and difficult to understand questions for math that don't reflect the level of the actual exam. They often provide more step and reading comprehension than the actual test. The Reading and Writing portion is good and portrays an accurate level of what is asked on the actual exam. But i feel the overly difficult math portion undermines the accurate reading section.

I used Barron’s as a teen, and now my teen uses it. Still top quality, well organized, easy to understand material. This book will do if you can’t afford thousands of dollars for a private tutor.

Very useful! Not only reviews the material but also gives practical hints for taking the test in general.

I got it when there was book discount on Amazon and totally work it.

There were a few answers that are wrong. overall this book is ok

E-books often garble or fail to display mathematical notation, but I did not expect this to happen in an official Kindle edition. There are all sorts of problems with the way fractions and exponents are displayed, among other things. This renders the book more or less unusable.

Good quality when arrived, but delivery was outside of Amazon's given range by some margin

I just ordered the actual book because the Kindle version is horrible and not readable!
