I wasn't expecting much ordering this chair, and I'm pleased that I didn't get much. It's a simple chair (which is all I wanted) and some spare nuts and bolts just in case I need them. Upon unboxing this chair, I grew worried at the size of the cushion. I thought it was going to be too small for me, but once it was fully assembled and I finally sat down in it, it fit me perfectly. I am 5'1" (155cm) and 100~ lbs (45kg), for reference. I don't think this would be a good choice for people who are average-adult sized or larger, but for me it will be just fine. My only major complaint with this chair is the assembly. I do appreciate that it came with a guide, a wrench, and the screws were packaged neatly, but there is no way I was assembling this by myself. The bottom half was simple enough -- attach the 5th leg, pop the wheels in, pop the pressure-valve-lifty-thing in the base. It gets difficult when it comes time to attach the seat of the chair to the back of the chair. I had to get my sister to help me hold it in place, it was impossible for me to do it with only one set of hands without misaligning parts. Also, the metal bit underneath the seat that attaches to the base was....sandy? Or dusty or something, like it had been kept outside with no packaging. I don't really care, no one sees that part anyway and all the other components were pristine. But it was strange to feel sand (or whatever) on my hands when I took that part out of the cardboard. As for the experience of sitting in this chair itself, it's nice. It supports my back well, which is great considering I have horrible posture and need any help I can get. I haven't sat in it for too long, because my desk still hasn't arrived yet, but it's very comfortable. Looks just like the picture, nothing too fancy, you get what you paid for. It lifts up and down well so far, but have not tried reclining it yet. Don't think I will need to, but will update this if I do.

It is a fantastic addition to my home office. At first, I thought it would be difficult to assemble, but after opening the box and reading the directions, it was very simple. It took me about 10 minutes to put together; it's really straightforward. This chair offers remarkable comfort and functionality. It has a nice design, is easy to assemble, economical, and looks pretty cool. But most importantly, it's super comfortable. My only complaint is the smell; it has a weird odor to it which I hope goes away. I'm not really sure why it smells or what the smell is, but I'm leaving it outside for a day, hoping it goes away.

This chair is exactly what I needed. I got this chair for my craft room to use while sewing. I have a lot of lumbar spine pain. This chair helps a ton with the lumbar spine pain so that I can sit longer and do what I enjoy. I will definitely be buying a second one of these for a desk chair and probably even for my kids too. It’s so nice, durable and so easy to put together! The instructions are easy. The chair is comfortable. It looks nice in the room it is in even though the price is on the lower end. No one would ever know you didn’t pay a lot more for this chair. We were skeptical at first because it’s on the lower end. The support of this chair is on the upper end. From the moment you sit down you’ll love this purchase!

This could've been a good chair if it weren't for the heavy coat saving majors. The plastic used warps easily and usually by the time of arrival. I'd have happily paid a few extra dollars for metal plating attached to the bottom for attaching to the seat. The holes aren't drilled well either, causing some bad angles and need for extra force. My initial purchase had unlevel armrests that eventually became really uncomfortable, the pump malfunctioned and lowered itself, and it started squeaking already. This new chair doesn't have these issues. Yet. We'll see. The tension knob is also a bit of a stiff turn and nothing looks to be oiled to preventatively protect from damage. This caused the pump and base to get stuck to each other, effectively bonded to each other. I can't even complete my exchange, so I'm going to be charged for the replacement chair because I can't pack the first one like this. I'll be escalating my complaint to Amazon about this. Until these issues are resolved, this product should be removed for buyer protection. The quality assurance just isn't there. That's the fatal flaw of this would be decent chair. I found it quite comfortable, assembly could've gone smoother with tighter machining, and complete disassembly is impossible. You squat, you cop. Don't sit in this chair if quality is a big deal to you.

It took me a while to put it together, but I succeeded. It is very comfortable and perfect for me. Very sturdy and the seat is thick cushiony, and the back hits the right spot. The price was also just perfect for me. So far I am extremely happy with it. I also appreciated the fact that it only took 2 days after I ordered the item to receive it. The estimated delivery was 1 week after ordering it, so I was happy to receive it so fast.
