DIdn't realize how much easier it is to have a good lame!
In the beginning, I tried filet knives, scalpels...but nothing works like a good lame! Way more fun, practical and easier to use! Handles well. I really like the protective case too - I'm big on safety and it also identifies the tool readily. Dig it!

Really is a good lame
This lame will last the rest of my natural life! Nice and sturdy does the job well, and bonus extra blades which I've already used one since I do use it several time per week with bread. I saw the other ones, this got the best review for the money and I have to agree and would recommend.
