Soap and flowers
I like this perfume, but it's nothing spectacular. It smells mostly like soap and a bit like flowers. Ot lasts ok. I was amazed how quickly I recieved my order.

Nice scent at a nice price
I fell in love with this scent the first time I smelled it, and I was happy to find it here for a great price. I'm not one to describe scents like "it has a touch of patchouli with the smell of a fresh meadow with freshly cut grass and blah, blah, blah," but I will tell you it's not sweet or powdery, and a little goes a long way - the way I like it. Beware: this is for those who know how to wear perfume. :)

First perfume by Van Cleef & Arpels
This is NOT FIRST...although that's what the box says. I couldn't get my money back fast enough. I have no idea what chemicals they put in there, but I've using this cologne for over ten years and this is not it. I knew I could get a friend to purchas it for me when she went on her cruises to the islands but I needed a refill now. I could have gone to their store in the city (NYC) but I took the easy way out and ordered it on line. This is fake stuff. Just like Perfuma in the malls, it is made to be like the real McCoy but it's far from it. I'm not usually this negative, but I feel so angry that a company can use the name and perhaps hurt the reputation of the real item. I thought knock-offs are illegal???

Good as it ever was!
Without dating myself, this used to cost about $75 a bottle. I was looking for perfume and remembered loving this. I googled it and here it is less than $30!! My older sister was also shocked😂 its a strong scent but perfect
