Pet Chameleons 101: All You Need To Know About Keeping & Breeding Chameleons

Although this is a fairly easy read and it does give a lot of information it could be better on information and details pictures would also have been nice on the illustration of this book I am new to chameleons and this by far is not my favorite information I would say that this is a good read for general information or for a child to read

I would like to start off by stating that this book is a very very good tool to use when caring for your Chameleon/'s. For all the people that have criticized this book for not including information about caged vs glass habitats, have clearly not read the book cover to cover which is something i would strongly recommend before sounding like a incompetent person in the reviews. This book touches on all the major topics, The environment, hydration, food, general care, breeding, different types of breeds, and much much more. I would recommend this book to anyone really but specifically for beginners and people with some to little experience. I promise you will learn something from this book i surely did!

Exactly what I wanted.

This book suggests to use a glass aquarium . Chameleons are much better off in a screen cage. It did have some good advice but it didn't say much about stressing out your Chameleon by holding it . most Chameleons don't like to be held and little kids get Chameleons as pets and I think they are the worst pets for kids as they are shy reclusive animals. It also said Chameleons like to be pet ,they don't because they have thin sensitive bony skin .

Great information for a beginner!!

While informative, the book Is riddled with typos. Multiple on each page. The information seemed a bit scattered and there are terms used that are not explained.

This is a really informative book. I bought this for my husband who has recently adopted a chameleon and he has found it reallt useful. A great book for a beginner
