works well for modest weight loss
started this based on a brand recommendation from my doc. I started this with the hopes of losing 2-8 lbs and it actually has helped. I started on just 1 cap a day for 10 days to ensure my body was ok with it, then moved up to 2 caps a day (breakfast and dinner) and by day 20 I had lost 2lbs. I don't think it is a miracle worker but it def has helped debloat me and feel leaner. I was already exercising regularly, and eating a healthy diet. Not sure this would do much if you don't do other lifestyle changes. worth a shot but research the side effects first. I had none.

Easy to swallow Berberine capsules with no after-taste
These Metagenics GT capsules were a great find. Decent potency, easy to swallow, and no after-taste. These seem to be effective, and I am incredibly happy with them.
