Second to none
I recently had a tattoo done and used these patches. You can believe the hype and the few videos on Youtube. This product is amazing.I used it together with the cleansing gel and aftercare product and apart from some very mild itchiness after the first week, no scabs, no peeling, nothing. My method was: remove old film in warm shower, rinse tattoo with warm water, use cleaning gel and rinse. Dry tattoo with kitchen toll paper, leave to air dry for 10 minutes, apply a very thin layer of Aftercare and then apply fresh bandage. I did this for 5 days before doing away with the bandage segment but repeating the other steps. Highly recommended.

New Go To product for tattoo healing
I usually heal the traditional way ( wash/bepanthem daily ) but read about these patches and decided to give them a go. I had some work done on a calf piece and for stage one my tat, scabbed, dried up a fair bit and lost a bit of ink based on wearing jeans/trousers for work in office environment so was hard to maintain. When I went for second stage of tattoo I invested in these patches.I had the work done, left the cling film on for few hours before washing, air drying then adding the strips. It's quite difficult to get the backing of and the placement of the strip was difficult based on the rounding of calf ( plus I had to use two pieces based on tattoo size ). I ended up wasting the first two strips. Upon persevering I got two pieces on and smoothed out as many air bubbles as I could. I left them on for three days in total and I have to admit I was worried as it looked like the plasma and ink bleed was quite significant but when I removed the strips my tattoo still popped. Its healed great and the white has stayed really well in the lettering with very minimal scabbing. It's now day 7 and it's the best heal I've had on any work to date so would recommend for sure. Just takes some getting used to in putting on correctly

Works perfectly if applied right- would recommend
I've always used secondskin or dermalize but wanted something more budget friendly for home. This works exactly as described and unlike dermalize I've not had any rashing and it's slightly easier to remove!Tips for best application-Cut it to size, it can peel at the edges if you use a giant pieceSkin needs to be dry not slathered in creams and stay dry after applying allowing the film to bond to the skin and create a tight seal.Try and keep clothing and water off it so that the skin does not sweat under the bandage (I did not notice any scent but I saw some people did)To remove, press down with one hand and gently stretch the film rather than pulling it like you would a bandaid. I found it so much more gentle to remove the dermalize which was a relief!Absolutely would recommend and with proper application it lasted the full five days. Would never go without it!

Amazing stuff.
Daughter picked this up after using Saniderm in her previous tattoos, while it worked she'd end up with blisters around the edge and didn't want to go through an allergic reaction againBrilliant product this is. No irritation, no blistering, no nothing. It's literally a second skin and according to her a lot more comfortable to move around with, even when using 3/4 pieces in a highly mobile area. Also much easier to apply! The only gripe we have is that the edges tend to curl up a little as the days go on

It’s okay
The product is good, doesn’t really come off easily when you sleep but I wouldn’t recommend it one healing tattoos. I have a coloured tattoo so to prevent it fading too quickly I had to cover it at night for the first 5 days. I used this for about two days and I find it really did speed up the peeling stage so yeah not brilliant

The best tattoo film
Definitely the best tattoo film out there. It adheres brilliantly, as long as you've dried the area around the tattoo thoroughly, and it's easy to overlap. You can leave it on for up to 5 days with no irritation, so it's great value for money. The film is very discreet if you apply it correct, although by day 5 the edges will be noticeable.Ideally you want to use it from the very start, but as long as you've kept the tattoo from drying out you can apply it within the first 24hrs. I wouldn't recommend using it if the tattoo is older than that, as it will stick to the newly formed scab and you risk losing ink.

Love them!!
I’ve only just started using this method when healing tattoos, and I have to say, I won’t do it any other way.The patches are a decent size and easy to apply. The only con I would say is that the patches sometimes don’t stick down on the edges, probably due to plasma leakage. 99.9% of the patch stays on and I can generally wear them for around 3 days. They don’t leave any nasty red marks on your skin, and it isn’t total agony to peel it off (warm soapy water soak helps when removing)Highly recommend this brand!

Good stuff
I got my first tattoo Thursday evening and applied this after the cling film they used wouldn’t stay on.The first time it peeled slightly at the top (it was on wrist so i think what i put on was too near my hand) so I removed and re-applied with it slightly smaller Friday morning. It’s now Saturday and so far so good.No peeling and it feels secure and protected. You need a degree in engineering to work out how to apply this because the instructions are not clear at all but otherwise I’m really pleased.
