Good sturdy jar
I bought the jar to use to ferment some pineapple in for a recipe. It worked great! I’m always wary of having to turn them upside down to mix the contents for fear it will leak - this one did not! It seems like a good, sturdy jar and I’ll probably get more of them.

Arrived in perfect condition!
This is exactly what I wanted to store wheat flour when making dog biscuits for my Elkhounds. They were thankful as well to be back in baking mode. It showed up well packaged and on time.

Using it for our Sourdough starter
You could use this thing for all kinds of purposes, but we use it to secure our live sourdough starter. That is a particular need because we needed something that would seal tightly, accommodate varying temperatures, and withstand constant opening and closing.This jar is sturdy, durable, and functional. Aesthetics are good and it's easy to clean. I recommend it.
