I was a bit skeptical about this purchase. I wasn’t even looking for this device but when searching for a different product altogether stumbled upon this device and was instantly curious. I suffer from bad allergies and I have such terrible mucus in my throat every morning and happily read all about this non medicated approach at a remedy. I take allergy meds but it’s sometimes not enough. At this price point I was willing to take the gamble to see if it would help me and I’m happy to say it paid off. I don’t have to clear my throat with little half coughs and annoying It took me a couple of tries and I watched a YouTube video on the proper way to use a device like this. (It does comes with directions but I liked watching a Dr’s demonstration).It definitely loosens up the mucus so you can cough it up or swallow.It comes apart easily so you can wash it. I’m very glad I took a chance on it.

Got this from Amazon, looked at it, and wondered, what is this? Figured dear wife bought it, but why?The short (and happy) version: Dear wife has some specific lung issues that I won't get in to here (she values her privacy), but, she used this about 3 times and told me.."It really helps!". And, I can actually TELL it helps, the improvement was rapid and noticeable. I'm happy, she's happy. For what it does, this is darn cheap. There's a knack to using it, but it is not hard, you'll figure it out. We will probably be ordering a spare to have, dear wife uses it daily for sure!

It was a bit confusing at first to use, but got the hang of it in less than 10min, it's not a fancy tool, but hey, I've been using it for about two weeks now, and honestly I can say it does the job. YEAH, I KNOW!!! IT WORKS FOR ME!! Finally got rid of that annoying rattle I've had for eons, whenever I get the seasonal allergy or colds I NEEEEVEERRR! seem to complety heal always left with that nasty agonizing mucus draining problems, for weeks and even months afterwards. Don't even get me started on the lack of sleep this mucus build causes smh, after countless time of Dr. Visits and no real cough cure, I wanted to give this company a shot, I was tired of of being sick and miserable. Imagine just constantly being drown by your own thick nasty mucus day in and day out. Drs. Didn't have a cure for my problem, always says to "wait it out" it would solve itself. Wrong! All In all I'm glad I've given this device a try! Will purchase more for my family, my son suffers from bronchitis, I'll definitely get him one as well!Thanks guys we'll done!

I have long term COPD and bronchial congestion problems. I was recently diagnosed with Pneumonia and Staph onfection in my right lung. This was causing serious congestion and constant coughing up of mucus. I purchased this product to help clear the congestion. I was very happy to find that using this product several times a day helped loosen the mucus and made it much easier for me to cough up and clear the infected material. I believe the recovery was much quicker that it would have been because I was able to remove the infected material from my lungs easier and quicker. I would really recomment this product to anyone who has congestion problems in their lungs.

I am extremely pleased with device. This is my second day using it. My severe chronic eosinophilic asthma caused me to do very aggressive huffing and coughing exercises in the morning to clear my lungs. This would leave me exhausted, cause inflammation in my lungs, and caused me to have broken blood vessels on my face (cheeks). This was also very unpleasant for my family to listen to as well. This has relieves all that!!! I can not believe how well it works. It lifts the mucous up and out with a simple clearing of the throat or a gentle cough. (You need to be patient with the excercize. You may not feel it at first, but you will with gentle persistence.) It also clears my sinuses. For it to work I use it for 5-10 minutes at a time. It works best when I can totally relax. I use it as a relaxation exercise too. I sit back gently reclined, with my chin tilted up to the ceiling. I breathe in gently through my nose, trying to expand my whole rib cage and expanding my abdomen. Then I hold my cheeks in with both hands and exhale gently through my mouth, trying to get the ball bearing to bounce gently in the tube. This pulsing of the air as it exhales, gently lifts the mucous from corners of my lungs that felt impossible to cough out. I am so happy with this device. I will use it 3-4 times a day. This is a real review. I am a real person who is trying to be more wholistic. I did not think this would work, but took my chances. So happy I tried it.

I was having discomfort in my chest while recovering from Covid. Just a general heaviness, which was really uncomfortable, even though my oxygen levels were fine. I purchased this device and started using it 3 or 4 times a day and within 2 days, that heavy, breathless feeling started going away. It's been a couple of weeks and I feel completely back to normal. I'm still using it for a few minutes every morning and evening and feel as though it's helping my lung capacity. ( I'm an ex-smoker.) Great product at a great price!

This unit is a good device for helping to expand the lungs and expel excess mucous. I do not have "excess" mucous in my lungs, but do suffer at this time from a mild chronic bronchitis. This unit in combo with alternative medication or prescribed medication can help the patient strengthen their lungs to encourage better breathing.

I get bronchitis easily, any sinus problem can quickly drain into chest and turn into awful cough. Last cough was going on 3 wks when I ordered this to try. It helped SO much! It helped loosen the congestion and my cough started improving finally! Very glad I took and chance as it really helped me get the "gunk" out

I bought this for my mum who has stage 4 lung cancer. She struggles with breathlessness and mucus. This gave instant relief. I would recommend for holistic use.

It's easy to use and seems to be very effective.The thump thump thump really clears my lungs making my breathing a lot clearer.I really like my Lung Expansion device.
