Love this! The weight is perfect to keep it in place and to help the heat penetrate where you need it. I use it mostly for my upper back but I recently discovered it’s great for diverticulitis flares or other stomach discomfort. The moist heat is more effective than a heating pad. I’ve now bought several of them and everyone who uses it, loves it.

Fits great and very comfortable. Purchased this for my adult son who has been going to a chiropractor for neck and shoulder pain. He had been using a standard "rice bag" for applying local warmth but it would always slide off unless he was sitting absolutely still. We weren't expecting it to be as good as it is. This one fits perfectly and he can wear it while walking around and sitting at his computer. Holds the heat great and really helps sooth his aches, especially after a chiro session.

The product works fine. As stated. Frustrated that it was supposed to be a same day delivery but company was unable to fulfill that and was an entire day later than planned.

It realy relieves pain on my cervical. Enough heat for 2mins in microwave and feels comfortable on body temperature. The quality is good and weight of it but stitches is not in detail. i feel a liitle harshness in a littke part of it.Effective in my cervical pain.Smells mildness good. It fits exactly to my neck and shoulder.

First of all, I purchased this heat pad at like 2am because I couldn’t sleep my back was hurting so bad! It was delivered the next day by 3 PM. The pad heats up in two minutes in the microwave and last about 30 minutes before I need to reheat it. There is no weird smell, and the material is super super soft! The size and the design are perfect it covers your neck, your shoulders and your upper back and does not fall off. I would highly recommend this product.

The material was soft to the touch and it was definitely large enough to fully cover my neck and shoulders. It was easy to heat up by popping it in the microwave. I'm not a large person, so this was actually a bit too bulky for me. I felt like a weight around my neck and shoulders - which is the opposite of what I need when I'm hurting. I'm unsure what the filler material is (perhaps something such as flaxseed??), but it had a slightly musty smell and felt a bit "moist" after heating. That moisture in itself wasn't necessarily bad as sometimes moist heat is very soothing. I returned this as I found it just too big and bulky for my size.

For my mom. It can be cooled in freezer, but my mom prefers the heat. We heat the blue furry wrap for only 30 seconds in her powerful microwave and first place a pillow case over her shoulders so that it does not touch her skin bc she makes it clear how she feels about that. I experimented with the length of time needed by 2 second increments. (Note: It does not feel hot to me, but it does to her!) We have used the wrap for a week or so. At first it was too heavy, but soon she felt relief. If she didn’t enjoy it she would not let us place it on her shoulders just to be polite, no way! I don’t know how long the initial heat lasts because it does not seem to matter to her. The weight and the contents seem to actually provide moisture for deep healing as well as heat to relax her shoulders. Now she welcomes the placement of the wrap, but because of its weight, she also feels relief when we remove it! We’re very satisfied with this purchase.

Love this product. Nice big size, heavy, and very comfortable. Feels so nice with the heat. It radiates heat very evenly, relieves pain, and loosens stiff muscles. Provides comforting warmth for a good hour, certainly as long as I need it to and it stays in place throughout. Very nice quality product, highly recommended.

Great product, holds heat and is weighted which I like, using it daily and it's make a difference.

Bought for my 88yr old Mother who has very sore shoulders. Thought it might be too heavy but she finds it very comfortable and not too heavy. She loves it and so do I. Helps a lot with her pain. Have ordered 2 more for my sisters. Great product.
