It's made of flimsy metal. The shovel bent clean in half the first time I tried to use it. I wasn't expecting it to be fantastic but I did expect it to be usable. Very disappointed, just glad I tried it at home before going camping.

Very weak metal. Arrived bent, and almost completely bent in half when I tried to dig a hole in relatively soft soil.

DO NOT BUY. Very disappointed with this item. Purchased to take metal detecting, used on SOFT ground (heavily rained on) and bent on first use. The locking mechanism is loose and both the spade and pic bent on first use.

Pretty flimsey. Soft metal that bends fairly easily. The design of the screw makes it impossible to tighten properly so the head moves around when digging

This does what i require and is easily stowed away. I can't comment on the saw as I have not tried it.
