I was hoping that this was going to last longer. Looking like a better kit then i had before. I really like the carry bag it come with. Also i liked this kit because of the butterfly net and the bug house. The net isnt to big to whete she cant handle it. But im afarid ahe will outgrow it quickly. She is 5 yrs old and loves looking for bugs. I hope the kit will last for at least a year. The plastic seems durable but sometimes you never know. It seems like an ok thickness but can be a little thinner then i hoped. It comes with fake bugs so she can play with the kit indoors til we can search for bugs outdoors. The binoculars are real.... There adjust and bend like adult ones and also comes with a carry case you can attach to your belt. The flashlight is also great! It doesnt take batteries seems to last a while. It does have an on/off switch and you can lock the pump switch closed.
