I got a black machine and there should be an indicator how much milk to just heat and one for max for frosting. You cannot see anything and it is a guessing game. Really a bit frustrating. First time I added to much and it almost was overflowing. It heats up well. If you only drink one cup a day, it is not worth it as such low amount of milk is not worth it. It heats well. Something to consider before buying.

I love the fact that is quiet, easy to clean, and affordable. The whisks work great. I use the one without the metal spring to make less foam for my coffee. If you like a lot of froth on your coffee just switch the whisk and done.

Just got this frother today and have only used it once, so am only giving it 3 starts because I don't know that it's great yet and don't know that it is not.Pros: Heating is quick Looks nice works well so farCons: Directions are confusing. Came with two whisks that look just alike but pamphlet says one is for warming milk and other is for frothing. So I was searching for two little whisks then discovered one was already installed. There are no pictures of the whisks, only poorly done drawings. I had no idea that the whisks would be so tiny. The minimum and maximum marks are almost impossible to see

I love ❤️ the design of this model. It’s fast and easy with 2 different mixer pieces for cold or hot. I use the wire whip and hot because winter - and even almond milk gets very frothy though coconut milk might be better for thick non dairy froth - shortly after getting it I thought it wasn’t working but it must just not have been level it’s been fine since I love this!!!Cheers!

It made perfect heated milk/cream foam, was super easy to use, and was easy to clean. It just has one huge, glaring issue: it broke after 3 weeks.

I bought this item for frothing milk. Purchased in Jan, 2020. Enjoyed my cappuccino every morning. One morning it just didn't work. Goes on for a second then shuts off. Guess I will go back to the way I made my coffee before. Not saying product is bad. I may have done something wrong. It was fun to use for a short time.

Overall it's a good basic milk frother. I use non dairy milks (coconut, almond, oat) I've found that it does the job, but it's kind of inconsistent in the type of foam and amount of foam day to day. (Yes with the same type and amount of liquid)

After using this frother 3 times it stopped working. Had to buy an American to English plug as it only comes with a 2 pin plug.

It's broken lid

Don’t buy this. I bought this in February 2020, it worked great and I loved it, until this week (end of May 2020) when the heat feature stopped working. I contacted the seller and they said they don’t offer anything ( returns, refunds, warranty) past 30 days so there was nothing they would offer for the broken unit. Basically sucks to be you that their product broke insanely fast. Don’t waste your money.

The media could not be loaded.  J'ai reçu mon colis le 22 mars. Les jour suivants, j'ai seulement utilisé mon mousseur à lait quelques jours. Aujourd'hui le samedi "matin" 27 mars, mon mousseur à lait ne fonctionne plus. C'est un appareil neuf, à peine une semaine qu'il est sorti de la boîte, et déjà il ne fonctionne plus. Et je faisais un entretien rigoureux pour ce qui est du nettoyage. Je suis déçue, contrariée et un peu fâchée. Je ne recommanderai pas cet article à un ami ou une amie.

This blends very well. Nice thick foam and creamy hot chocolate. Sometimes I find it fails warms milk up but does not give a nice thick foam. Works with 2%, 1% milk and will give a nice froth ( not foam) if you use cream. Does not work with coconut milk or almond milk. Over all good frother
