The media could not be loaded. I have small ears so this was the perfect size for my cartilage piercing. Put silver ones in my third hole as well to see what they look like. It caused some irritation in my cartilage because it was almost closed up and I had to poke the earring through. I'm thinking it's because I'm allergic to nickel- but it's perfectly fine in the piercing holes that are well healed.

These were soooo small! compared to a 8mm septum horseshoe it was tiny and when I put it in my nose it didn’t even show and my nose is pretty small. I wanted a septum that would just show the balls and not the bars too but the 6mm didn’t even show at all. It looks like a 4mm. Half the size of an 8.

Bought these for my younger girls to wear more permanently in their ears. They are easy to get on and tighten the ball. They stay tight too, unlike others. Color options were great too.

I ordered the 6mm package. My nose is a bit smaller... so these worked for me. I have never had 6mm, the smallest I've ever had was 8mm. It depends on how wide the septum cartilage in your nose is! Mine must be pretty thin, because the 6mm fit snugly but how I wanted. I like my septum ring to be high up with just the two little balls sticking out and not much of the ring dangling at all- and that is what the 6mm does for me. The 8mm would probably be okay too, but it would dangle a little more than I want. I like that there is two of each because I tend to lose the balls eventually... I've never had a septum ring that the ball didn't fall off after some number of months. At least I have a supply of rings for a bit until the balls probably inevitably fall off. The ball screwed on quite easy in my opinion despite how tiny the ring is. I liked these and the price was great- no irritation as far as the material. I like the gold color most, so far so good. You can google online charts to see how the mm looks compared to one another.

An example of how it will look if ur buying it for your septum. It's going to be right against the nose which is how I like it. I had a hard time finding ones this small so I'm happy to finally find one. It was really hard to get in I need ny boyfriends help. But I'm super happy with with result.

It is exactly how I wanted. Small and cute. All of them are of exactly the same size-6mm and the colours were as shown in the photos. So far the colour hasn't faded.
