This is one awesome little system. Makes very tasty coffee. But what really impressed me was the customer service! I had a problem with my first set, and the seller went way beyond what would be expected helping me get it right by sending out a whole new one including a jar! Wow. All companies should be so impressive! Wish they made more things I could buy! A fantastic experience all around. 😁

We bought this because my husband and I love to drink coffee every morning, but we wanted something better.Cold brew coffee is less acidic and less bitter! We have discovered that we can have 2 jugs going; one that is “brewing” (because it’s takes 24hours to brew) and one we are drinking. We have another jar (same size) and wide mouth plastic lid. We brew with the filter in that one and once we take the filter out use the pour lid. It works great!And the filter is ridiculously easy to clean! It is far easier to clean then our French press!Highly recommend!

Makes awesome cold brew coffee. Easy to set up! Just put in your desired amount of coffee grounds, fill with water, set on the kitchen counter and let it brew. I've been using Trader Joe's Wintry Blend coffee grounds. Wonderful flavor! I use a cup of the grounds and it brews the way I like my coffee. Quality product!

I placed this on top of a standard half gallon mason jar and put the coffee in. I then poured water into it slowly until the bottle was full. The next morning I removed the strainer with the coffee grounds. I had amazing tasting ice coffee! It was simple to do. I keep telling my family that iced coffee is not just hot coffee that is cold and now they believe me!

This works great for cold brew coffees. It's a quality made item. My only complaint would be that the metal lids that come with the jars don't screw on as this is too thick. Luckily I have plastic lids and those seem to have enough threads to catch and be able to screw on. This brewer has been in use for a few weeks now nonstop since we got it. Definitely a good purchase.

I misunderstood this required a wide mouth jar when ordering and I must say, the service from this company was impeccable. I was able to reach them by phone, they went above and beyond with aiding me in my dilemma.The shipping was incredibly fast.I have my first batch brewing now and cannot wait to taste it.Very high quality product. You can even brew flavored vodkas with this. 😁

Love this quality product that is well made & durable. My favorite size jar for making cold brew, ice tea& infused water. The cap appears to be well made (so I bought 3 more). The funnel is also well made & collapsible so storage will be easier. Filter should work extremely well as it is stainless & layered - not porous like my other filters. Going to try to use it to filter my wine grape juice. If it does, I'll buy another kit or filter.

Tried using special pitchers and returned those. Just bought this simple mesh insert and it has been the simplest and easiest to make cold brew. I have been using it in one quart wide mouth jars because I do not have anything bigger presently. I usually use about 5 scoops of a specially ground cold brew blend. It makes a great brew. I then drink it undiluted, usually mixed with heavy cream because we are keto & fat doesn't scare me.Totally no regrets. Simple. Economical. This is all you need. Doesn't leak. No grounds in your brew. Recommend.

Used Costco's LavAzza beans very finely ground (already in freezer when I purchased this 32-oz product). Prepped a batch on my counter overnite (not in fridge). No need to completely close the drinking lid (which is very tight). Was able to re-use my VitaMix'd fine-grounds (like a powder) for a 2nd batch & ended up with 64 oz of concentrate which I store in a 64 oz glass jug, of which I use 2 oz per 10 oz filtered water (320 oz of coffee at that strength). Love the cost effectiveness & it's soooooo yummmm.There was some sediment from my 2nd batch because I stirred well the used grounds. This made for a very strong concentrate, which blended well with the 1st batch. These grounds deodorized my compost bucket & ended up mulching my flower baskets. More money saved!Actually I have other wide mouth Mason 32 oz jars but this product's lid doesn't fit them (too big). Have noted recommended beans in the Comments & will try in future. Appreciate. Strongly recommend the 32 oz product! (The 64 oz will not fit some fridges.)Will also use for soup this winter.

I found the description a bit misleading, claiming it is 2 Quarts, which I expected to be more towards 2L. The jug is actually 1.5L, about 25% less than what I expected to get per the item’s description. However, in terms of quality, i believe it is really a good option compared to other options I explored. I just used it once thus far, and plan to update this review if anything.

The idea is great. I love the filter and the fact that I can use other mason jars with this. But I have some big problems with the lid. If you put the lid on securely, it's impossible to get off. And if you out it on loosely, it drips like crazy when pouring. There have been days I couldn't open it to remove the grounds and had to buy Starbucks instead.

It's the perfect size and set-up for making my cold brew coffee. Excellent combination of items.
