Perfect for my Omtech 60w laser. Came well packed
So, I had to wait about 10 days to get this from China (came earlier than estimate by a few days) I was concerned about shipping something this large and fragile from China but Cloudray packed it well. First there are a bunch of square foam pieces around the tube, then that goes in a box, that box is wrapped with air bag style packing then that is in another box on that box is also covered in air bags. The end of the outer box was slightly dented in but that was like 4" from the tube so no issues.Cloudray includes a high voltage connector (rubber over plastic) but no real way to connect the wires, luckily I am an electronic tech so I soldered the wires together then put them in the high voltage connector. Some tubes don't give you this connector and it's important or the wire can arc to the tube if you don't buy one.The end of the tube is metal (original was glass) so it's an upgrade in that respect. Once installed I ran a test card and so far it seems perfect. I don't foresee any issues but if I have any I will come back and update this review.

Excellent Customer Service
The packaging on this tube is excellent so shipping should be safe even for these delicate tubes. Installation was easy and the tube worked first time.I purchased this tube in July 2021 it has given good service but after 10 months the power started to drop. Even though the tube is 6 months out of warranty Cloudray has offered a full refund or exchange. I will get another Cloudray tube. This is excellent customer service and on this basis I have given 5 stars.

I’ve been using cloudray tubes for years. They’re top quality, and always overperform.

Didn't work
Never fired, seemed too weak, had the correct power supply, mirrors and lense, properly aligned, wired correctly, grounded properly, but couldn't get through even bulsa wood.

Llegó en el tiempo indicado, se instaló en una máquina para 40w, hasta ahora funciona muy bien y no se tuvieron que hacer adecuaciones considerables, sólo el tubo queda un poco fuera, excelente calidad
