Recommend not installing front cover. Makes it easier to see and have full access to clean.Watch YouTube videos if you don’t know what you’re doing.If you’re going to use a coil cleaner product do not let sit for more than 5 mins and make sure you fully rinse it out. Other than that the product was great with its hard plastic end caps that grip the sides perfectly.

I cleaned my first mini split without one of these, and it was a bit of disaster -- water went everywhere. Got this, and cleaning the second one was so easy. Really well-designed, and the water drain hose let me actually hose down the mini split without the runoff going everywhere. I was shocked how much black grime came flowing out!

I was able to put it over my pioneer unit and it stay on well. Followed you tube video and placed plastic shims under unit. They stay on with Velcro. I did not use front cover for easier access. I was able to spray straight stream of water at blower wheel with hand pump sprayer. It kept spray back to minimum. I had no water on wall below unit. There were water dropping on floor mostly because pump sprayer was dripping water outside of cover. Overall this worked very well and saved much clean up time. It is worthwhile investment.

Remember, you need to measure your unit without the big plastic framing so that removes some inches of the length.We got before one more expensive on amazon, this time we chose this one from this seller, everything looks exactly the same, quality seems to be the same, looks like the same product etc. Save yourself few bucks :)Recommended, used already on 3 multisplit ACs to clean and it went well.

This is the first of this kind of product I have used, and it was used the first time I ever did a deep clean on a mini-split.It doesn't provide coverage to be able to spray from the top, but cleaning the front fins and the blower wheel (my unit it too much to disassemble) is supported very well.Works well to catch the crud, water, and over-spray while deep cleaning a wall-hung mini-split unit.

Bought both sizes fit great and works well.
