I usually never give reviews but decided to give for this dispenser. Quality is at it's finesh the outer design and inner surface are well crafted. It's worth every rupee of yours for sure

The quality of the product is good. This is a handcrafted material. It is also an ISO Certified product. The packaging was good; even the company has provided one polishing powder with the product. The good thing is that the company also gives you a cleaning instruction. I would say it's a must-buy product.

The good part is the actual pot and the glass given with it which seem to be made of quality copper and I could feel the sturdiness as well. The bad part is the overall finishing. The pot has a little dent at the edge of its bottom. The dispenser although made of plastic but the colour coating is really bad as it is fading off. The stand seems to be made out of rusty iron material. Even though it's been coloured black, the rust is quite visible in some areas. Overall I would rate it average of 2.5 but going for 3 only because of the copper quality. Regarding the lasting of material, will come to know more about it after using for some longer period.

Product is useful, easy to handle, appearance is also nice. Stand available with it is also of good quality. Easy for kids to fill water in copper glass themselves and good for them as well . Everyone must buy it... Thanks Copper Master for these type of good Products. :)

Sorely disappointed with this pot. I was looking forward to using it. It leaks, not just from the tap connection as shown in the picture, but from the wall. I have tested it to fill up 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 or full. When the pot is only 1/2 filled, there are no leaks, but as soon as I increase water to more than 1/2, it leaks from the tap as in picture. I have spoken to the seller many times and explained what happens. They talk nicely to you promising to send replacement, but todate - Jan 5, 2021, I have not seen a replacement. I bought this product in September and been patiently waiting. It has been a complete waste of my time, effort and energy with many calls and texts. They dont follow through on their word- no integrity. Product is not usable and a waste. Go to another company. Not this one. It is not pure copper. It has black stains that cannot be scraped off. I took it to a jeweller and he said it is not pure copper and the black marks should never happen Looks like it is steel plated with copper. This is dishonest business and these type of sellers will not be successful in the long run.

Stand is not proper, disabled stand, Copper Jar is not that shown in picture, they send Jar with different and plastic tap and water continuously leaking bottom of the Tap..
