Moldable Plastic Self Setting Air Curing Silicon Rubber - 5 pks

Great to have handy for those unexpected fixes. I used on my Crockpot lid (the plastic handle came off leaving a hole on top). I didn't want something that could leave harmful chemicals in the food after being in contact with high heat for a long period of time. This seems to be the best solutions and has been working great thus far; almost a year later.

Have opened two packages the first one had a hard spot when I opened it and couldn't get it to mix just made a huge mess on my hands. 2nd package worked excellent and was able to use if to fix my charging cord as they are so fragile. 3 packages left that I have \not used yet but one had the hard spot that will probably not mix based on my 1st experience. The good package was well worth the price since I got it on sale. Had I paid full price I would have been unhappy with the two bad packages.

I used this to go over the connection point of an USB cord that had split and exposed wires. I've had this product for more than a month and it still hasn't set.

Fun stuff. Works well. Repairs rips in wire housing for power cords, etc beautifully

Doesn't cure like name brand.
