I love Rankin and Bass movies. Out of my four kids my youngest has the same love. We love to watch them together in July and December. Well, to be honest all year around. We both just live Christmas movies and music. He sings all the songs and I live seeing his face light up every time. They are just amazing classic Christmas stories. Also, I’m so glad I can share this classic with my kids just like my mom did with us growing up. My husband’s mother wasn’t into these movies. I think they are such a great tradition. I wish they still did this style of videos today.

Great classic are you still enjoy watching this on TV all the time but unfortunately it rarely get shown anymore thank God for physical media

This is my favorite Christmas movie while growing up. Happy to have it to share with future generations!

Entertaining origin story of Santa Claus. I love that fact that magic beans make the reindeers fly and a talking penguin help Santa find his home in the North Pole. Priceless. It also has this third-reichy vibe that is very befitting of our times as the Meister-Burger Burger-Meister rules over a miserable medieval looking town keeping the townsfolk poverty stricken and stealing and outlawing all toys.

The "true story" of how Santa Claus was named, distributes presents on Christmas Eve via flying reindeer and entering homes via Chimneys..as told by Fred Astair with voices of Mickey Rooney and Keenan Wynn in an enchanting musical adventure.
